Very nice atmosphere, friendly owner and good kottu at fair prices! Only the portions could be a little larger. We would still like to come back!

Really nice food at great prices. Guide and ourselves liked the food (Biriyani, Devilled Prawns and Battered spicy chicken). Western taste pallet.

We got there early and they opened the restaurant for us to sit whilst we waited for the kitchen to open. Nice space and lots of plant outside.

We choose this restaurant because is really close to the place we are staying and because of the reviews we read. This is not a touristic restaurant at all, you can see many locals ordering for take away and you know the food is going to be good and authentic. Our waiter was really nice and polite, asked if we wanted spicy sauces with our food and they were really great. The food, what can I say? Just awesome! It took a while to be served but we knew there were many orders ahead of ours and it was worth waiting for it. We ordered egg kottu, mix kottu and chicken biryani rice. The portions were generous than we even took food for take away. We left and promise to come back tomorrow because we want to try other dishes and the prices are also really good. 3 minutes later the waiter caught up with us on his bike because we forgot a hat, we really appreciate it the gesture and have more reasons to come back!
Update: As we promised, we went back yesterday for dinner, we had chicken biryani because it was just too good and also ordered coleslaw salad and nasie oreg I think was the name of the other dish the waiter again was really helpful because he asked at the new bus station the schedule for the bus to Jaffna. Hey friends, we arrived to Jaffna thanks to you! On our way back to Anuradhapura, we will visit you again, thanks for everything!

Very friendly staff who went out to get us fresh beer. We orderer spicy and not spicy and since it was freshly cooked, it was just perfect (also local people came for take away while we ate).

One of the best place to have your meals in Anuradhapura. Foods were amazing and to go foods are served in the clay pots which is awesome. Highly recommend. Full portions are huge and it is well enough for 2 people.

Good food and quick and friendly service. We asked for two beers and they went out of there way to get the beers. They served them with cooled glasses. The prices was good for the portion we got. A good experience overal.
