10Easy 24/7 data recharge at the machine outside of the center. I was able to add 15GB on my dialog sim card for 1k rupees and pay with credit card.
Dialog Arcade Anuradhapura. This arcade gives me a great and excellent service. When customers arrive the greeting very well and the agents are super friendly. They solve my problem quickly and give answers for all the my questions. Customer service is great. Highly recommended. I'll give 5 stars.

This is the worst place to buy dialog service or to pay a bill. Waste a lot of time with no reason. I you want to buy any dialog service or pay a bill, just buy it from anywhere but this place. It'll save your time. It will take a little bit more of your money but it will save your time a lot. (buying a dialog service is a wast anyway)
Good Customer Service and Friendly. Customer service is upstairs and the billing is downstairs. Mr. Isuru Perera, the Assistant manager runs the customer services and he is very good at his job and with him you can get your matters sort out easily.
