Do not put a parcel on this. It is much later than the said day. I had to call and spend a lot of money to get the parcel. Customer service is the last. Called but not answered. Do not name Domex, anyone.

Ordered a dress for an urgent need. The tracking shows that the asthma has arrived. But the asthma has not been found yet. If it takes days to come to the branch, what is that service? Even after calling Rider, they don't answer. Really disappointed. Not recommended

It took 7 days to receive a parcel which was sent from colombo. Very poor service with so many excuses.
I've used 3 other currier service prior to this and all of them were able to send parcels within 3 days.
Never use domex if you want to get your parcel quickly.
