There is no friendliness from the manager, the toilets are very dirty, the food is tasteless, the manager does not know how to treat the customers at all. I am very sorry.

We had a wedding there. The hall was spacious but the food wasn't great. Almost all people attended had food poisoning. Changing rooms had bad hygiene and were not maintained properly. The fans in the hall were not working and unclean.
They charge extra for facilities, the initial amount that was agreed upon wasn't the full price payed at the end.
Overall a bad experience. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We had very bad experience at every aspects during our stay. The Air Conditioner was functioning properly. Bathroom is dirty with drainage smell. All the Housekeeping staff were very slow & communicative. And specifically food is not good. We all had several symptoms after eating food.

Cannot imagine there is a huge place inside by looking from outside. Had a wedding last week and their interior was renovated with fantastic designs. The staff crew also friendly and helpful.

Although this hotel is beside the road, there is parking in other side. No much rush in this area.

They have 02 halls and the roof top was good for take pictures and do some outdoor event.

Welimada bandarawela road, pinidiya hotel visited for a wedding. It was Eranga wijesekera's wedding. My self, Palitha, Chandrasena and Vazeer with Ranjan attended.

Went for a wedding last week. Had an awful experience. They didn't give us welcome drink until I ask. They gave us a change in room. But once we got there, there was another person having shower in the bathroom. When we knock on the door he shouted "wait" Poor attentive to refill the empty food containers and the dessert of the buffet. Hall is beautiful and spacious
