Namal's Great View Guest

We had great time at namals, they were super friendly and helpful. The view is just amazing, the breakfast with the sunrise here is so nice!

We stayed in the new room, they have 2 more recent rooms on the topfloor, it's on booking under: seacrat view. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everything was top notch, good price, tasty breakfast and a view to die for. Namal and his family will take care of whatever you might need while staying there. We stayed here for 3 nights, but could easily live here for a month.

Just go for the view! Else its a very basic room and facility. But the view is so amazing that you will forget almost everything else.
The facility is in jungle kinda area, so be ready to meet insects, lizards and many other creatures during your stay, specially at night (inside and outside you room).
I was travelling with an infant and hence I was a bit uncomfortable with that. But Mr Namal will take care of anything you need, while you are at the property. There is no parking available at property.

This place has a lovely view from the balcony in the mornings. Namal and his mum were very welcoming, he helped carry our luggage up all the very steep stairs to his place and helped our driver. He suggested an amazing restaurant and told us about the short cut along the railway so we could walk into town. The room was clean and there was a mosquito net, there were limited plug sockets in the room but all in all excellent service.

Absolutely kind and friendly place! Namal is very cool and so is his family and his dog:)

The view is not great, it's the GREATEST view in whole Ella!

We even got free breakfast, which was really yummy!

The view is amazing, you can see ella rock and the water fall, the room is ok, a bit expensive for what you have, you have a terrasse to take the breakfast.

Namal and his wife were wonderful hosts. The place is clean and spacious with a great view! Only thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs to climb, so it's not suited for those who may have difficulty with stairs.

5 stars for the magical views. Simply amazing.
A short walk on the train tracks from Ella Station will get you here.
This isn't a 5 star hotel, gotta rough it out a little.

What an awesome stay we had! Namal's and his team really make you feel at home and, although there are a few steep steps to get there, they will soon be forgotten once you get on your terrace and you take in the views! Most spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and again, with incomparable views.
Simple, clean rooms and warm, true hospitality.
