Location is good conveniently located within a walking distance of the market area. The couple who owns the hotel is helpful and friendly. While the Rooms are basic but they are worth the price. Breakfast was delicious and severed by very nice staff.

The rooms are modesty furnished but clean and spacious. The view from the last floor is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed on the third floor and woke up early to watch the sun rise. We rented a scooter from owner. My recommendation 100%, don’t waste your time to find better place. We checked some places before and realised that to stayed in Seven Heaven was the best decision!

I recently stayed at Seven Heaven Hotel in Ella and was blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. Incredible view, nice clean room, cheap price and only a 10 minute walk from the main street. Great hosts which were very helpful and friendly and a very nice breakfast also.

Worst service ever. The owners have no idea how to treat their guests and they do not care about their hosts. Please try to find another place instead of this there are no parking space nor customer service

The views from this place are absolute paradise. Make sure to get a mountain view room - the balconies are huge and the sunsets are otherworldly. The rooms are also beautifully clean, with delicious breakfasts (the BEST Sri Lankan pancakes!) on the communal terrace on the 1st floor overlooking the mountains. The family that own the place were extremely kind and helpful. They have their own mini van / taxi service and so we paid to have them drive our group of 5 down to the south coast after our stay. They also have a motor bike for rent. The only minor down side is that it’s a slightly longer walk to the town centre, but I loved our stay there - I think the views, cleanliness and hospitality make it totally worth it. Would definitely recommend / go back again!

The Deluxe rooms are pretty cool and the Mountain View is just stunning. The owner is very helpful and the breakfast is delicious

Good view, a nice breakfast but the bathroom had a agly smell also in the room there were Ants everywhere.

We stayed here for 4 days and we were absolutely satisfied!
Big rooms with very comfortable bed, everything clean.the owner is super nice, she can rent you a bike, do a laundry and makes really delicious breakfasts (pancakes, omellet, fresh fruit and juice, coffee or tea and also srilankan type of breakfast).

Great place. Awesome views. Friendly owners and staff. Excellent and full breakfast to start your day. Our room was super clean and seamed to be fairly recent. We had a room on the third floor with a balcony bu i could see the room on the second floor next to the dining area to be trouble if you sleep in past 7: 30 as they start serving breakfast at 7: 30. We were able to rent a scooter from them to do Diyaluma falls. Wake up early to watch the sun rise. All in all, awesome place.

Highly recommended. Was meant to spend one night, ended up staying five! Only a 10 minute walk to town, this hotel is on a quiet lane with a phenomenal view of Ella Rock, Little Adams Peak and some waterfalls. It’s simply stunning. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the hosts make you feel like you’re home. A really nice reprieve when traveling and missing western cleanliness standards - this delivered on all aspects! I can’t wait to return.
