Very bad at customer service. I have been waiting for 4 months since my washing machine broke. Still saying they will do their best but not doing anything. Worst customer service ever. So bad

Electronics store with appliances, tvs and lots more. They have the agencies for a number of reputed brands including Apple, Oppo, Vivo and LG. Great pro active sales staff too

Staff was very friendly and helpful even though the place was filled with customers. We went to buy a laptop and staff was very helpful and nice to explain all the options we have and the specifications of the laptops available for our budget.

Good service. Really good collection of needy equipment. Only problem is lack of parking space. But customers can share the parking space of nearby Mc DOnalds.:)

Congested store and have products that are moving fast rather than their whole range of products. It's like walking into just another store. Would recommend Abans Colombo 03.

Staff are bit judgmental at first but once you show interest they are friendly and helpful.
This was after visiting the showroom twice. Dilhan was helpful, the gentlement at the payment counter friendly too. Only issue is that they accompany you while u search for goodies which is kinda annoying. Overall - Good

Thought that I had to go to Abans Kollpity for a better selection but the Rajagiriya outlet also has a good collection.

The worst customer service you can imagine. I wait 4 months for a toaster which was given for repair and which, according to the service center, has long been repaired. ABANS (Rajagiriya Branch) makes no effort to pick up the toaster from the Service Centre. I have already called 10 times, I am always put off with a call back, but no one calls back. The employees are absolutely unqualified, names and phone numbers have to be dictated like to a small child. Things don't get any better in the service center. I asked for a seal for my ELBA oven and was connected 4 times to speak to someone in the spare parts department. The person told me that there are no spare parts in stock for ELBA ovens and that no spare parts are currently being ordered. I should call again in 4-6 months. So I contacted the manufacturer in Italy, who in turn contacted ABANS. He found out that the seal is available in the Service Centre and that I can pick it up in Wellawatta. The ABANS employees in Rajagiriya, where I bought the oven, refused to order the seal for me. I could have saved myself the long way to Wellawatta if they would know what customer service means. When all ABANS shops have such unskilled staff, I'm surprised that ABANS doesn't go bankrupt. I recommend avoiding purchases from ABANS. There are many other shops in Sri Lanka with a better customer service.

Just visited today during covid curfew season. Not so many customers are there but average number of people despite the curfew situation. Not many sales people too. Provides a good service.

You can have a more deeper and profound phone conversation with a bot than the sales guys at Rajagiriya. Absolutely horrendous customer service, it's almost as if they are unsure of the products at their outlet and they will be first to tell you what they sell has nothing to do with what's sold online.

They take long time to explain about profuct I was waiting long time then I was brought some item in kollupity showrrom': - (

Be mindful when purchasing wall mounted fans especially if it is an Abans brand which is around lkr4500 has issues with its neck. Just check with the CSR prior to the purchase

Abans Elite Rajagiriya is located facing the main Sri jayawardenepura parliament road adjoining McDonald's. Wide variety of electronic goods are available. Stafff is friendly and helpful.

Range of exclusive branded items for Home and Kitchen.well appointed location with ample parking. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Gayan helped us with the sale, extremely helpful and great service. Thank you very much for your patience and will come back again.

Deserves 0 stars. Incredibly poor service. There's a guy who doesn't even know how to talk customers. Changing warranty of the devices as they wish.

There are so many quality products here. Such as Android Devices, Apple Products, LG TV, Sound System, Washing machine etc.
