When i came to sri lanka last year end i went to the Abans Elite - Rathmalana to buy some electrical items and the Mr. Lakmal from the Sales helped us a lot, and he was friendly and did a great job, So we could have them without any delay, it was a great service, so i would like to highly recommend Abans Rathmalana and their Customer service. Worst service! We went there to buy a basket and it was just 1500 and just for that basket they are sending links and codes and asking us to subscribe and check our phones like what? Just for a basket is such a big process really needed? The guy at the cashier was kind but he told that was the process at abans, so i don’t understand is such a process really needed? Plus all the floor tiles are broken my sister stepped on one and she was almost about to fall! The worst abans showroom ever!

Recently I stepped into Abans Showroom at Ratmalana looking for some household items to purchase. I was much impressed with the manner that the Manager, Mr. Sandaruvan Attanayake attended to me. The way he helped me to select the best item I wanted to purchase was very appealing. He appears to be very clever in attracting customers more than once, but many a times.
I think Abans Group is prudent in selecting the right person for the right position. He is not tired of attending to customers with a pleasing disposition. Thank you Abans!
As a regular customer I have visited Abans Elite - Ratmalana showroom. I have purchased fairly a large number of goods from Abans.
One important reason that I always inquire from Abans Ratmalana before visiting any other outlet when I want to purchase household products is that the Manager, Mr. Sanadaruwan Attanayake's courteous disposition towards customers.
He has been always very helpful to me in selecting the right product. He always guides customers in proper manner so that they find it easy to purchase products when they had come to know the know-how of the products.
I strongly believe Mr. Attanayake would be a great asset to Abans Group because of his good attitudes towards customers as well as his knowledge about products available for sale.
I wish him excellent future in his career in the years to come.

Worst customer service ever. The representative Dilhan was very rude in dealing with the customer and didn't go anywhere to even lodge a complaint.
Excellent customer service by Keshara Wijesinghe. I live in Canada and he was extremely helpful to do the needful to buy a TV for my mother who lives in Sri Lanka. Employees like Keshara gives a good name ta Abans.
We went there to buy a LG TV 43'. The sales executive who attended for us was Mr. Chanuka. He was very friendly and eagerly gave the details we request from him about the product. Actually, good customer service & best place to buy electronic items.

Used to be a real cool and efficient place, however disappointed as of lately on the level of customer service provided. The AC unit ordered did not arrive on the agreed date and there was no one to take responsibility and give an accurate date on which the unit would be delivered. Really disappointed.
The showroom area is very dirty can't even walk the flooring / tiles are all broken and it was as if walking on ice. & scary, the customer care at the showroom was very friendly and helpful.
The delivery was really bad. 2 guys came dumped a huge box Infront of my house. I told them to take it at the back of the house (due to covid I didn't want anyone inside as I have a toddler inside on the floor) I asked them to remove their shoes which put a face. Dump the box, didn't explain anything. Just asked me to sign the recipet. I asked them to remove the box & fix, once I returned the receipt I gave them money and their mood immediately changed. They didn't deserve it at all but I just gave because i thought I needed to pay them to remove the box & show how the product works. Really disappointing.
Consistently the worst in after sales service. Called the Ratmalana service center, representative didn't let me finish and cut the call without checking if anything else was required. Disappointing as always with Abans.
Edit: Technician visited and removed PCB unit for repair, said it would be done in 2 to 3 days. Been a week tried calling the service centre and the agent says they will have the workshop get back to me, twice this happened still to no avail. Why are you guys so frustrating to deal with?
The Elba Glass Top, 4 burner is different than the online web. The thick pan supporters' design is not suitable for Sri Lankan cooking pots ans thaachchi.
Got an installation done on an A/C, mainly went to Abans Rathmalana since Chamod the Salesperson was doing an excellent job. I am a return customer to Abans.
Today they completed the installation headed by Kapila, who did a professional & a Neat job with his Team. Highly recommend his work, an asset to the organisation.
