Watch out if you renew your policy they will charge you more but your premium will be reduced. I am awaiting my refund or I'm going to take leagle action for fraud.

Cannot get through to them at all and they arbitrarily reject the claims without accepting any further explanation from us.

Poor insurance. Prices are higher than others. But service is not even like a small shop. Really bad staff even head of department is not respond to customer requirements. I do not recommend at any cost.

Worst insurance ever.don't connect with this insurance.when i claim my hotel insurance they came for their duties after two days.they did not paid me.i never insurance my hotel with this company.very very bad.

It was a minor accident. Assessor didn't mention that the police statement was compulsory for the accident. He has also ticked both boxes in the respective field. But the company rejected the claim saying a police report wasn't given. If they asked us to provide a police statement on the first day, we could have given it but he didn't ask for it.

Worst insurance company ever! I have faced so many bad experiences with the company. Never recommend for anyone!

Extremely Poor Customer Service from Allianz Insurance Sri Lanka, Specially Motor Insurance Claim Department Nilushika She is not a professional person, at least she don't know how to talk with their Customer, I'm very disappointed about this insurance Specially Motor claim department people very bad (Asst Manager Gagana, Tejani, Lakshika) they are don't know give to good customer service, Every time waste my time, I'm not recommended this Insurance, Don't waste your money and valuable time with this bad people and insurance

Even though people think that Allianz Insurance provides a quality service, My experience with Allianz Insurance is terrible. I've been an Allianz customer since 2013 and when finally it comes to a serious claim, they just ignore your claim by giving a ton of unacceptable excuses. Allianz insurance is not recommended at all especially if you have a costly European vehicle.

Horrible experience. All departments are Very unprofessional. They try their very best to avoid making any payment for claims. I submitted all documents and waited for months to get the payment, they always come up with some silly excuses, such as they don't have electricity to update the system, the manager who approve the claim is on leave toady, Horrible, Poor service. Avoid Allianz.

The worst *** insurance company.they rejected every claim with fault reasons.this happened to all my friends worsttttt inhuman people never ever go to allianze.i am going to register in to another insurance company.if car accident happened they take fault evidence in order to reject the claim

Total waste of money! Paid 100000 per annum nothing claimed for my vehicle, a fraudulent and collapsed company. Please avoid putting your insurance of vehicle with this company! No recommendation!

Horrible one. Very unprofessionaly handle the customer. They are not willing to pay the claim in a professional way. Im with them on last few years and i have not taken any clame. This year i met an accident and finely they told damages are old and reject my claim. Their site visiting guy (accessor) also very well know about the situation. "Forget about your claimes with Alilianz" i will withdrow my insurance. Poor service.

Complete waste of money to buy travel / medical insurance policies from Allianz Sri Lanka. They will always find a reason to reject your claim quoting fine prints in their terms and conditions. I have first hand experience regarding several claims. You are better off buying your policy from a reputable company in the country you are travelling to (i.e Bupa / Medibank if for Australia). Allianz's sales reps (ours was by the name of Shamal Peiris) wont even answer your calls and completely ignore you after the sale is done. Had to escalate to a manager (Mathika Dewasirie) who at the end of the conversion admitted that there's not a lot of reasons for you to claim as per their policy.

This is the Worst Vehicle insurance I am experience so far.still I am struggling to fix my matter with a responsible officer in Sri Lanka. It seems they have no any responsible officers in sri Lanka although they are selling insurance to us.

99.99% times you are guaranteed to not get your claim. Best to avoid this if you plan to have a real vehicle insurance rather than a namesake one.

Do not expect to get a claim easily from this multinational company. They try their best to avoid making any payment for your claim. Local companies are more flexible and friendly.

Had a very bad experience. Horrible service. Even this one star should not be given. They don’t care about their customers at all. I DO NOT recommend this insurance to anyone.
