Arpico Super Center

Not many people visit the store due to heavy competition from much larger stores. But you do get essentials. Was hunting for Thai basil leaves. None of the others had, only aprico had.

The largest super store in the area of Maharagama serves a huge clientele all over the country. This store is undoubtedly the best with all supply-lines interconnected

Even during the weekend there were a significant amount of rotten vegetables and expired sweet corn on the shelves. We could see that the raw fish is very old, they are bloodless. We had a very bad experience with eating this fish cooked. We did the mistake of not checking the seal of ice cream tubs and ended up buying a very much melted Imorich tub with a broken seal.
This review is not based on a single visit.
If these things continue, they won't be able to compete with the other nearby supermarkets.

Not the best place to shop compared to other supermarkets right next to it staff is unfriendly and not helpful

Worst customer service ever. The person at the counter couldn't change my cash and through away the stuff I purchased to show his anger. I came to the ship after a long time especially after recovering from a surgery. Will never shop again at any Arpico outlets.

It was a really good experience. We were able to find everything we needed. The staff was professional. The products were organised well.
Overall a great place to shop for your daily necessaries

Poor service
Too many trainees and had to wait more than 20 minutes buy just a single item

The staff at the counters are the worst. If there is a discount for the item, have to call the manager to apply the discount for each item. Very slow moving staff. Long queues can be seen here due to this. Managers are literally worthless. All they do is get together and having a chit chat with other managers.

Reasonable prices, have discounted items, but always check the bill and the price on the item. I've had several issues with the prices

Excellent shopping experience! Comprehensive range of household goods and groceries available. Pleasant and helpful staff. Can become my regular shopping centre.

Have been visiting the supermarket on a regular basis. Unlike most, Arpico has a wider range of goods beyond the groceries, and few other product ranges in offer than most supermarkets in Sri Lanka.

However, quality of some product items have deteriorated, and needs attention by the management. Prices are generally in par with the market prices, and staff is also friendly and helpful other than one senior store employee where she is a bit arrogant.

Was there for over 20.minutes in the upstares wanting to buy a mjnifridge, today. No salesperson. No one is interested in selling, it seems. Well, this is how it is.at Arpico.

This super market is really good. A lot of items are available including furniture, plastic, food, liquor and electrical appliances. No need to visit any other places. It has an off-site atm. Parking is available. Toilets are clean. Very good customer service. A lot foreigners are visiting this place. It is highly recommended.

Very bad customer service, especially alcohol section. Cant provide a bag? Go to Spar instead, even the wine stores on the road give better service.

Having good parking space and helpful staff. Have good collection of plastic and household items. This is two story building with upper store with home appliances and furniture store.

A good place to buy all types of groceries, electrical items, furniture, etc under one roof. They have a Fairly big parking space. The food is fresh and the selection is good compared to other competitive shopping malls. Prices are also reasonable but bit high compared to others

Every Saturday, Sunday. I'm doing magic show at all arpicos in this country all kind of products are have on that please such as perfect peoples can buy what ever they want. In one shop totally low prize and peoples can save they time too
