Arpico Supercentre - Dehiwala

I came back 5 years later and I don’t have to change my review.

Clean store with a large selection. Nevertheless it is not always easy to find what you are looking for.

Sometimes you can find non-microwave popcorn here.

Great place to buy groceries, household items and more, with an ample parking space and ample space to move around freely doing shopping it's one of the best arpicos around, there is also a liquor store underground, an aprico bakery just outside the complex offering variety of buns, cakes and other delicious confectioneries.

All in one hypermarket. Grocery to home appliances you name it, and they have it all. As they have their own branded products very cheaper than many other places.

Biggest super market in Dehiwala area. Any card payment is possible here. They have separate furniture section, fancy item section and groceries section. There is a inbuilt Commercial Bank branch and Sampath bank ATM with in the premises.

Today bought some stuff and brought home and I just randomly checked the bill before throwing, find out that I was billed for Lime which i am sure i didn’t buy. So i started cross checking the products with the bill and to see the Pumkin was tagged as lime price, it is not the counter staff mistake but the staff who did the weighing. So I just thought to call and inform them about it to Arpico Dehiwella where I bought the stuff, the lady who answered my call just transferred my call and the holding music was going on and on. She didn’t have the curtesy to give any answer to my complain or just to tell come tomorrow to sort this bill or I don’t know what kinda a manner 0 to them.

Have many things from plastics to foods. But one thing that irirtates me is if we buy some huge plastics items it all need to be checked out from the food item checking out counter. So inconvenient to carry everything around the supermarket. Should have a separate checkout counter for upper floors

Can get everything under one roof. Vegetables area not good. Sometimes they have put wrong price for vegetables in the weight counter.

If you want to do any kind of shopping - please dont ever think of coming here. They gave a nightlight which had no plug base (luckily we checked before just before buying) / the cashier charged us extra for youghurt we hadn't bought (when we brought this to his attention - he said the machine does it and didn't offer any explanation beyond that) / while about to leave - another car came and parked behind us blocking our movement, to get his liquor (which the security guard who was standing there should have stopped as we were waiting to reverse out - what are they there for?) Overall a hopeless experience. Is this what has become of Arpico?

Worst Arpico ever. Spent 5 minutes in the express counter and there was a system error and was asked to go to another counter. Waited there for another 5 minutes and due to some error in bar codes the cashier had to go inside. Again went to another counter and had to wait a while to get my 3 items billed. Arpico is such a waste of time.

Good service and almost all domestic needs are available including a commercial bank mini branch and twò atm machines at carpark.for sampath bank account and commercial bank accounts,

Went with one of my friend to buy a fruit cart, waited almost half an hour till the person who wraps it comes, who has gone to take his tea.

Organic, healthy, cleanliness, grocery variety, good experience for shopping.parking of course a little issue but once inside, there is no hurry to come out! Nice stuff and nice culture in this departmental store on the main galle road, dehiwala.

It is a good place to shop for all sorts of house hold items. From vegetables to fruits, candies to chocolates, pots and pans to electrical appliances. Furniture, stationary, greeting cards, mattress, fish and meat all can be bought at a reasonable price. Ample parking lots also available. The staff is energetic and helping. But one thing to comment altho it has two floors with full of goods no lift available. An elevated pathway is there to reach the floors.

poor service and taking the customers for a good ride by doing all sort of cunning things. I ordered about 20 items.they delivered about 10 and before ordering when I spoke to them they said certain items were available and when they sent the goods they haven't sent any of those items.sometimes we have elderly people after operations at home and they need dairy items.brown bread.cheese etc.when I called and informed them saying that yourl had these and why didnt yourl send it with the order they said they will send it on the next day.which means another transport charge of 250.how pathetic is that.we have to save a different amount of transport charges to give them unecceserily. It's a scandal of getting the transport charges multiple times.we have been a loyal customer throgh out but at a time like this they show their real ways of poor customer service.horrible service

I've been trying to contact Arpico from last week. Either their telephones are eyernally engaged or when it rings they dont pick up the line. Want to place an order for groceries. Please help me.

Great place to shop. One stop for all your needs. Located on a very convenient place with a huge parking lot. Therefore no need to worry at all for parking. Gets crowded on weekends. There is a liquor shop in the basement. Electric items, party items, rubber items and everything are available

Great products and produce and having Commercial Bank right there is awesome! The bakery offers some decent food at a decent rate.the smell of bread baking more often than not beckons me into their tiny outlet. All in all, quite decent.

I have ordered the grocery items from dehiwala arpico.but the delivery charge is 700 Rs for less than 1 km.and also they have over charged this current situation.people even doesnt have money in this situation and without our knowlange then have put some other product without our confirmation.kindly note that you all are cheating people

Service is good. Arrangements of items is very methodical. When you seek for help when u cannot locate your requirement the staff members are ever ready to help you out and the smilevon their face is very wecome
