And they don’t know how to talk to their clients
One of the worst medical center in srilanka. Poor medical service. If you want to waste your time and money then go this place.
This place is convenient for one who needs to get dental and other types of x-rays, blood tests and channel doctors. These service are available here until 8.00 PM. X-rays are taken efficiently, hence the waiting time is less. There are days it's little crowded but most of the days I visited they provided a fast service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking facility is also available here.
Highly Not recommend, poor service, No A/C in reception area, too hot.can't wait more than 5minuts inside service is very slow
Did my medical checkup for visa here. Everything was great, although you have to wait for each test for some time. Doctors and staffs were very helpful. Nothing else to complain.
Be prepared while going for visa medical. Avoid wearing too many clothes and shoes since you have to remove it several time for physical examination, chest x-ray and vaccination. Recommended to wear loose clothings like t-shirt and slippers so that it will be easy for you and the staffs both.

It's close to a main road and easy to find. A parking lot is available. The staff is pleasant, and there is a pharmacy. They take your temperature before allowing you to enter the premises, in accordance with covid 19 health regulations. You can schedule appointments with a variety of medical consultants there.
Good place with nice atmosphere. The attitude of the staff could be improved a bit though. Easy accessibility.

Extremely poor services and unhygienic. Even during the covid19 situation when the country promotes cardless transactions, they insist on cash, and what is more appalling is that Blue Cross Medical Centre makes all their patients wear the same X-ray gown (they only have 2 gowns for all patients). This should be reported to the authorities as they have neglected the most crucial measures during Covid19!
I went along with my mother for a doctor's appointment and they refused card payments instead ruthlessly asked her (the patient) to go find a ATM and withdraw cash since an upfront amount of Rs. 500 needs to be paid in cash ONLY. Following the doctor's review, she needed an xray which cost Rs. 2,300. Once again they made a rattle saying that out of the 2,300 only a 1,800 can only be accepted by card payment while the balance 500 needs to be in cash, and refused to provide the xray service if the Rs. 500 payment was not done in cash. When questioned about the same gown, they had no response.
Disgusted by their level of services and the way they talk to and treat their patients. And of course, I've come to notice there's some fraudulent activity taking place as they insist on cash only, making it easy to go undetected from their financials. Do NOT go to this place even if your visiting doctors insist!

I came to Blue Cross medical Center to give me an excellent service I was very Very very happy that service is very excellent the staff is good and they’re so kind and sees so much takes trouble to look half an hour patient I am very proud of them thank you very much Blue Cross thank your staff members and thank you management members. I am come did Sri Lanka last year they were so kind and I’m yet thinking of those kindness because I have never got those kind of in any country that I’ve been. Thank you so much.
Very poor Service with foreign medical and I was reached 8.30 am and staff came about 9.15 then went for breakfast. Disappointed
Compared with other medical centres Blue Cross Service is very poor.
I was suffering with a throat infection and i went to the OPD. The doctor prescribed me Chloramphenicol. I had no cure. Then I channelled a consultant and she told me Chloramphenicol is never ever recommend for throat infection and she was surprised. This is a very dangerous situation. They just want to prolong the illness or make it more severe rather than really curing it. I dont know whether it is the incompetency of the doctor.
Their OPD channelling charges also very high which is Rs. 500. I do not recommend this place as I had this bad experience.
I’m so much afraid to take injection from childhood but the nurse (fat lady) she was so rude and act like an idiot. I don’t like these kinda stupid behavior. Poor girl

Very easy to make appointments and good access to some great consultant physicians. Great for alot of older patients who need regular checkups.
The telephone operator was so rude. I made an appointment in which she lied. I mean the Doctor is coming at 3: 30pm but she said it as 3: 00pm
