The treatment at the OMG sale (November- Black Friday) was beyond atrocious! I speak for all those who were in line. This is not the first time I’ve been to one of the sales but they never failed to disappoint this time. The traffic management could not be justified in any way, when 10 people left only one was sent in. The security guards did not let people in no matter how many people left and there was plenty of capacity in the show room. People had been waiting for 5 hours.

Good collections and friendly staff who can speak English really well. They do have crazy sales and promos time to time

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Customer friendly and able to help with whatever customers ask for. Located in a convenient location by the side of Galle Road at Bambalapitiya Junction. Car park available and well maintained location.

I got a custom bracelet made from Bullion. I provided them with images and a sample of the bracelet I wanted done. I was recommended to them so I chose to go with them though I have seen other jewellers execute almost identical design perfectly. For the cost the end product was shabby and poorly executed. They were informed of the timelines at the time of order. There was also a delay in deliver there by leaving no time to fix any errors as I was travelling overseas. I was offered a refund but I was leaving on the day making it difficult and highly inconvenient to go through that process. I would not recommend this jeweller for custom jewellery.

Poor customer service.
I called them today to ask about gold coins and the person who answered the phone was very rude. Before I could ask my second question the person said 'tell quickly we have work', and decided to cut the line while I was speaking.
I cannot comment on the quality of your products, but due to poor customer service I am no longer willing to become one of your customers.
Over time if your service has improved then I will give a higher rating.

This is a reputed company and also you can purchase expensive but unique designs from them. They have huge range of jewellery. Especially they have absolutely beautiful diamond collection.

Feel the designs are a bit out dated. The prices and value for money is good. But strictly from a design point I feel the other places have more to offer.

I got my diamond ear stud ordered from them. It was very simple design but I really wanted them to be made perfectly.at 1st try it was messed but they managed to rectify it in short period of time.that was appreciated. Still it didn't come out well as I wanted but there was considerable improvement 2nd time. Perhaps their customer service level needs to be improved to understand the requirement, as I felt the sales person was either over confident or didn't have adequate knowledgeable to understand. He didn't made much effort to understand my requirement and explain the constrains/outcomes. Prices are reasonable compare to other places. I do not recommend them for custom made orders, but if you are going to buy a ready made jewelry yeah they got a good range of selection.

For the 1st time, i went to bullion exchange Jewellery was in dec 2020. Because they had an amazing sale called ‘OMG’. Most of the diamond and color stone jewels were on sale. Also they sold a selected set of 22K gold jewelry for only for gold weight price.

The shop is situated in the center of Bambalapitiya junction in-front of Majestic City.

They have enough car parking, but when i go there car park was full because of the sale. Surprisingly people were waiting on a queue to go inside as they took only 50% capacity due to the COVID health restrictions.

They had a very good collection of diamond jewelry in mix with different precious stones.

Also the 22k jewelry were really cheap considering the current market price as they sold them only for gold weight during the sale.

Their customer service on point they exchanged a gift I got after I decided I want to get something else. Went out of the way to help out the customer, highly appreciated

My family has been going there for generations starting from my grandmother.
They do make quality jewelry and they have quite unique designs. You will notice a clear difference in quality compared to other jewellers.
They are a bit pricey but as with most jewellers in Sri Lanka you can negotiate and bring the price down to a reasonable level.
