Staff was friendly and attentive. Ambiance was clean. Though a busy outlet, provided a good service.

The only thing I would say that need to be improve is the customer service, where it's around btw 40-45 out of 100.

Absolutely ridiculous. I went in with my helmet and the cashier asked me whether I was a Uber driver. I ordered 3 burgers for takeaway and they billed one wrongly. I changed it and waited for 30 minutes. I inquired about the delay and I came to know that they had given my order to someone else. The manager told me that I would get my order within the next 5 minutes. Once again I waited and after 15 minutes I decided to inquire again. The manager once again told me wait and they hurriedly made the burgers. They do absolutely no justice for their price. The burgers tasted bad too. The portions were small too. These guys are making a fool out of everyone. Please consider any other place for good burgers. Don't be fooled by these guys.

A bit slow on the service and a tad overpriced but if you can afford what should be cheap fast food, then yeah, its alright.

Poor service drive through - we were waiting more than 15 minutes no one turn back to get orders.

The location of the store is panoramic and the set up is great. You get a wide seating area on ground and first floor. There is a smoking area also. Food is as good as other Burger King. The service I found was OK and there were few crew members who are actually doing a superb job. KUDOS to them

My favourite burger place, always will be the best burger place. Suits the name " Burger King" for it?

2021 04 8 I have visited Kollupitiya branch, it is very hot in side and ACs are not working. Please take necessary action to rectify.

Unclean, very inattentive staff.
Beggars even come inside asking for spare change and they just didn't care. Absolutely worst

Great environment. Not as quick as McDonalds. They take aout 4 minutes to prepare the order. I love the burgers though. Really cheesy and big burgers. You should definitely try the spicy chicken burger with BBQ sauce. Another thing I love about burger king is that BBQ sauce is FREE here not like McDonalds.

Great place to stop by for a quick grab. The food is standard type offered in any similar outlet.
However the staff are very quick and doing a great job. The place is quite spacious and offers decent parking.

In love with the crispy wrap! It was nice to have an original wrap after being fedup of rolled pita bread in most of the other places. Could guatantee generous amount of crispy chicken inside (like KFC's strips). Delivery is very quick too. Didn't like the burger that came with the kids meal though. Anyway I'm grateful that they are open till late in the night so it's always convenient to grab a meal or dessert after late hours of work or friends outings.

Nice place to have and enjoy a tasty burger and meal. Have different varieties of burgers and rice dishes. Thick cut fries is must to have in this place. Have vegetarian options as well. Coffee, Hot chocolate and other soft beverages are available. Place is clean and tidy. Staff and service is also good. Recommended for hang out with friends, cripples and families.

Went there few times nothing exciting stuff there chicken sandwich (locally call burger) is so tiny and for the price i paid it is not reasonable. Most restaurants in sri lanka even they are international chains they don't give you generous amount of food
It is just a peice of grilled chicken tiny pc of lettuce and mayo. Also very tiny cup of coffee

Your delivery time is going from bad to worse. I have tried to talk to your manager many times regarding your poor service to no avail.

I ordered 3 BBQ pulled chicken burger meals; 1 large and 2 regular. I received 3 regular burgers instead. In addition to that, the chicken was stale, the filling was insufficient and the burgers were very small. Very disappointed with the order as the total bill came up to Rs. 3800 plus which was not worth the price at all. I understand that these are very difficult times. But appreciate it if the management can look into matters such as this. Thank you!

Good and friendly service. Opens early therefore great for breakfast. Loved it here. Ideal space for a kids party

Standard burger king though the facilities up stairs for events is really run down, the rest is ok and the staff are pretty friendly

This place is facing the Galle road with a few parking slots in the side of the shop.

Staff is friendly. But the place is bit overcrowded so the staff finds it really difficult to attend to all the orders.

The place is very clean and the food was good. And well you know what? It was a typical burger king restaurant ‍️. So same as everywhere. Same foods drinks/ same environment
