Cargills Food City - Thalawathugoda

All prices have sky rocketed. Some vegetables 5 fold and some like tomatoes is Rs 450/- compared to few months ago price of Rs 60/- per kg.

As of end Aug 2022 the prices of vegetables have stabilized but everything including vegetables are seen gradual price increases.

Front parking space is limited to about 10 vehicles, so it is full at rush hours. However, there's a relatively larger parking area in the back, but it's not paved; will get muddy at rain. They have improved the interior arrangements more attractively. Had a variety of produce, compared to nearby rivals.

Middle size cargills food city. Fresh meat and fish also available. There is a small parking area, can park around 10 vehicles at a time. Can buy almost all the essential goods from this place.

Good place for your everyday shopping needs. There is a great variety of goods to choose. Cordial staff.

The young customer service assistant at fish stall was very attentive and interested to sell. Appreciate his service. But, at cashier I didn't notice any courtesy of her and no eye contact even. I was there in between 7.30 to 8.00pm on 10th July 2021.

I all ways go to thalawathugoda food city.the staf knows who are the best customers. & they treetmants towards to customers are excellent. & the hall food city is very cleen & nice.and each & every one are very help full including the sed manegers.

Convenient location. Parking is available. Front side parking is limited. Most of the products are available.

I visited the pharmacy here and was provided with quick, friendly professional service by the pharmacist and counter cashier.

Best place to buy every grocery item nearby. The fish were somewhat old though. I have been coming here for 3 weeks and has seen a few of the same fish on display.

One of the bigger cargills in the area. They provide the typical things any kind of cargils would proived. Its located adjacent to a busy road.

Very limited parking. Not possible to park during busy hours. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Open daily up until 11.30pm approx, this place offers good service, good product range, good offers with ample parking spaces.

A supermarket chain popular in the country. Friendly staff tbh. There’s a security dude who now is Cargills Staff. A very nice guy, friendly and helps with everything.

Excellent customer care. Very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful staff. Great place to do your weekly grocery shopping.

Ple repair or colour wash inside. Parking is very poor and not very inviting compared to some other super markets.

Disappointed at their service recently. So I down my previous rating of 4 stars to 2.
Customer care is fine as usual. But when comparing to other super markets very few, offers available here, also hard to recognize is there are offers or not.
Place is not clean as usual. When we pay the bill, they haven't had bags even polythene bags for our purchased goods.

A place to purchase most of their needs at competitive prices. Unfortunately, items of which prices are reduced on sales promotions are not available.
