Also healthcare center is nice and clean.
I came to clear my seafarer medical from CEYMED HEALTHCARE SERVICE at nugegoda.this is my first time at ceymed, really very easy with staff

The medi center is located in common area in colombo for easy accessible and very clean.

Booking a Private consultation for my mother by paying, and getting scolded in expletives when requested for a Specialist opinion is extremely disappointing.
This kind of approach truely makes a negative impact on all the Kind and dedicated Doctors in the country.
The waste private hospital ever.no proper customer service… they are rude with patients.specially 4th flow Visa medical section first of all they dont know how to care the patients and how to talk with customer… im waiting more than 30 minutes for an appointment
Doctor arrivals are soo late. Have to wait there more than 2 hours. Good to be here of you don' t have any works to do. Unprofessional, proffession holders
The staff were very polite and professional. Thank you for the very kind services that were provided.
They could see that we were in pain and sped up the process for us to meet with a doctor urgently and helped us through every step of the way.
Literally the worst pvt "hospital" ever. Had wait over 30min to get the lab report which was supposed to be ready 3 days before. Doctors suddenly cancel appointments. Useless staff. Most of the staff here isn't trained well (that's the impression we got).
I thought to write this won't be happened to any patient here after. Yesterday I channeled Dr. Guwani. She's really amazing doctor.
But the nurse who were at that time in her room was unprofessional. We reached early and was sitting infront of the room. There were no rush that time. When doctor arrived, nurse collected my slip also. She called all the patients who were at that time except my child. Then she started to call late comers too. She purposely ignore us. When I asked her what number is going on she said randomly calling. We inquired the reason why don't you call. Then only she called us. We really disappointed. We visited hospital to show child (patient) to the doctor not at all spending our time like in garden. I request pls educate and advice to nurse specially who were yesterday how to treat for patients. (pediatric session)
The reputation of the hospital will sink very soon because this kind of staff.
What a hospital! The hospital staff fumigated all the floors while there were patients! I wonder who's brain wave was that!
I had a health check up with their latest packages. First of all, one of the affordable and cheapest so far have seen in town. The service from the lead, Chamila and Ishara, was good and they are very pragmatic in handling the busy front office. Doctors were on time, but I was received a notification on altering consulting times, that was fine.
I went for a scan for my father in law on last Sunday, 19th Feb 2023 after made an appointment the previous day. We were given the 1st appointment at 4.00 p.m. When we got there the Nurse who was attending the scanning room No. 101 on the 01st floor informed me that my appointment number was No. 05. When I inquired this they said that is how they practice. They issue numbers according to the order of the arrival not according to the appointment made. I was very disappointed as they have not informed me of such a practice at the time of making the appointment. I made the appointment at the reception in person not over the phone. I even asked them what was the preparation for the patient before the scan. The doctor also came very late and we had to wait 1.5 hours to do the scan. Please understand that we also have other commitments and difficulties as patients and the family members who cared for their loved once.
A caregiver for my elderly father-in-law recently suffered a fractured toe. It was late in the early evening and we needed some immediate care. The OPD at Ceymed helped out when no one else would. Thank you to the lovely souls who understood our needs and gave took care of the patient. He's doing very well now.
One of the worst hospitals in Sri Lanka. No body knows what they are doing. No patient care at all. Recording says we care. We value you. All nonsense. This is a mushroom hospital. Called the number they gave requesting for a RAT test and when you call they say call another number and cuts the line. Call hospital again they say number we gave is the correct number. If there is a minus rating that is what this hospital deserves.
Had an awful experience trying to get a PCR done. Went to the main building in Nugegoda and was directed to the PCR laboratory next door. Waited 45 minutes there as it was deserted, eventually they sent someone from the main building. The sample was collected in a dingy garage which was dirty and had flies and rats. The person who took the sample said I needed to go back to the main building to pay by card and was reluctant because she had to go back with me. When I was making the payment, the counter staff asked me to tell her the PIN number (?). Awful service, would not recommend.
Horrible services. I had an appointment at 5.50pm. I was called in after more than an hour. Doesn't the patient's time matter? Absolutely disappointed. Doesn't recommend this hospital at all.
Dont promise a time that Doctor is coming if not dont take appointments very disappointed how long we have stay here almost 1 &half hour waiting and also all the staffs are very lazy using the phones while we are here they dont know that we are came example 4th floor very bad service I will never recommend to anyone same like library very slow very disappointed

Their charges are high but their services are not of standard. Patients' time is wasted due to not having enough doctors.
Today i came to ceymed for channel Dr Pahan consultant physician who is very kind and good staff.they treated me like a family. Highly recommend hospital in the nugegoda area and big car park.
You guys have the worst communication system. So disappointed. I am trying to get my reports emailed, Lab phone is not answering at all, and receptionists are disconnecting the call and suddenly keeping the phone I will make a call later. Is this called professionalism?
You guys are providing a health service and we are paying to get that service. So please serve properly and be kind to provide details accurately without making patients even more pathetic.
