Worst service. Never recommend to anyone. රස්තියාදු කරන්න රුසියෝ. හරි procedure එකක් නෑ. එක branch එකකින් එකක් කියනවා, තව එකකින් තව එකක්. Responsiblity එක ගන්න කිසි කෙනෙක් නෑ. පොලිසියෙන් fill කරන්න ඕනේ මෙයාලා දෙන form එක කදාන branch එකෙන් දුන්නේ නෑ. පොලිසියෙ හොදකමට එයාල අතින් විස්තර ලියලා සීල් එක ගහලා දීපු එක මෙයාලා reject කරනවා. පොලිසියට යන්න කලින් මෙයාලා දීපු agent ට කතා කරලා පැහැදිලිව ඇහුවා ඕනෙ කරන documents මොනවද කියලත්. හරි procedure එකක් කිසි කෙනෙක් හරියට කියන්නේ නෑ. පොලිසිය fill කරන්න ඕනෙ මෙයාලගෙ form එක දෙන්න බැරි හේතුව ලියලා appeal letter එකක් දෙන්න කිව්වා, එතකොට ඔක්කොම හරි කියලා. ඒක දෙන්න accident වුන මනුස්සයවත් අරගෙන කිරිබත්ගොඩ ගියාට පස්සේ දැන් ආයේ police form එක ඉල්ලනවා ඒක ඕනෙමයි කියලා. Claim එකෙන් ගන්න ගානට වඩා ගානක් යනවා රස්තියාදුවට. Worst service.no customer satisfaction.really disappointed.
Worst insurance ever called hotline the agent was so rude doesn't know how to talk to a customer not helpful at all this is not my 1st experience calling this hotline number for a claim I am running workshop and I work with several insurance company out of all this is the worst
1. Oh man! Where do I begin? I went to their Battaramulla branch to insure my two cars after the place was recommended by a friend of mine. The staff was ok and helpful. After few minutes two guys came and yelled at the manager and tried to assault the fellow for keeping the premium without paying it to the company. The customer had met with an accident and had found out that his vehicle had not been insured after so may month of payment.
2. I cannot obtain online revenue license for my two 'Sri' vehicles due to a system bug. Apparently they are not providing any solution for that.
Verdict: They may be good as a company- but very very 3rd world and underdeveloped like any private organization that run for profit.
Absolutely dissapointed with the service from this branch.they really don't have an idea on how to treat a customer and handle basic disputes in a professional manner. Avoid at all cost. Specially the so called marketing officer Sandaruwan which does not have the odacity to keep up with the minimum service levels. He was never available to solve the issues i had cuz he was our there drinking and partying. Terrible service.
Worst insurance service ever. Don’t go with this insurance provider. They promise to claim money at the beginning but rejects it after we do the repair/fix.

Worst Insurance. Don't even think to go with co-op.they waste your time first and then find every reason to reject your claim.i had just 17000/= claim.first they asked for repair and photos of show broken parts, letter from finance, letter from garage, one week later rejected claim because saying my claim is inconsistent.
And the agent that I contacted also says he cannot take the responsibility.

Think more than twice before start an insurance with this company.
Really bad experience when renewing my 3rd party insurance. When comparing other insurance companies they have a low customer satisfaction. I have been waited for more than 15 minutes to renew my insurance. Only one person attending the customer since they have more than 10 employees. I hope they will improve their service in the future.
Although it took some time to process, finally they have done the required service to customer.
I was doing my vehicle insurance will them during last 5 years, but in this year for one of my claim they approved the entire claim amount but finally at pay point they gave me 50% check from the approved amount. Reason was as per them my vehicle premium need to be enhanced due to the country situation. But until this situation they did notify me to enhance the premium. Important thing is they requested 10000/- additional payment to release the rest of the payment. I paid them as they requested. But still they didn't give me the full claim. Very disappointed. I don't recommend any one to proceed with them. Specially one of their agent Mr Dilshan.
Poor service and company personnel don't know what is the process of company.
Accident එක වෙලා පැය දෙකකට විතර පස්සෙ තමා agent කෙනෙක් බලන්න අවේ. ඒ ඇවිත් ඒ කෙනා කිව්වා පොලිස් වාර්තාවක් ගෙනත් බාර දෙන්න කියලා. සති ගානක් රස්තියාදු වෙලා පොලිසියෙන් වාර්තාව අරන් ඒක ගිහින් බාර දුන්නම ඔක්කොම හරි කියලා document ගත්තා. Garage එකට වාහනේ දාලා ගලවලා බලන්න agent කෙනෙක් ඒවන්න කිවුම කෙනෙක් ඒවල garage එකට කියලා ගිහින් හදන්න එපා කියලා. එහෙම කිවුවේ ඇයි කියලා අහන්න call කලාම call එක 4 දෙනෙක්ට විතර transfer කරලා පස්සෙ තමා කිවුවේ බාර දුන්න පොලිස් රිපෝට් එක බාර ගන්න බෑ. එයාලගේ template එකක් තියෙනවා. ඒක fill කරන් එන්න කියලා. හරි නම් ඒක තමා මුලින්ම කියන්න ඕන දේ. එක පිස්සෙක් වත් දන්නේ නෑ හරියට කරන්න ඕන දේ.
Bad service. Don’t trust them to insurance.
They never pay you properly.
I have bad experience for them that’s why I don’t recommend this insurance.

One of the worst insurance in Sri Lanka. I'm really disappointed with how they handled the insurance claim and poor communication. They have cut down the amount they approved as a penalty as I did not do the evaluation of the vehicle due to the price hike. But they never inform this even before the renewal, during the claiming time also. I have paid the balance insurance amount as they requested. But did not consider giving a relief penalty as they spoke when payment was made. They took a very long time to pay the claim, and we had to set reminders a couple of times to make the payment. This happens to my past claims. If you love your vehicle, do not choose this insurance.

The front glass of my vehicle was damaged in an accident and the quotation was handed over to the Panadura branch after proper hotline notification and 10 days have passed but I still have not received a reply. There is no way to drive for ten days. Very sorry about the service of these people.
Parking: You have to be lucky to find a space.
Receptions & Counters: Sometimes super time wasting, not the best agents who try to satisfy your needs. Most of the time its not their fault. There are many departments responsible for their quick service.if they didn't perform well these staffs can't provide the best for customer.
Claims & Payments: Claims require some time, due to various reasons that will extend more & more. You need to handover every document they require.otherwise its like mission impossible to get the claim.
You can get country's best premium rate for your vehicles.very cheaper.reccomend getting 3 rd party insurance.
Branches & their staff: most of them suffer due to decision making at head office.
Cheap is the word for this insurance. Everything is cheap. Including their service too.
Are you going to insure your vehicle in this company? Then think twice ask for other experience. I have a bad experience.
