I purchased 2 Tag Heuer watches from them over a decade ago and nothing since then. In 2017 I went there to get new batteries for the 2 Tag Heuer watches. They recognised me and changed the batteries free of charge. Their customer service is first class.
The look and feel might be not pleasant of the place. But they are doing the marketing in a modern way.
