They don’t even have a person to Issue tokens and doesn’t works on a que.just like a fish market who ever can go infront can go sooner. Worst outlet ever.
It's fine place for bill payment or top up cards. Or else they will definitely waste your time if you have anything slightly more than bill payments, or new connection.
I experienced the poor service many times.
Very poor service. They sold me an Old decoder saying it’s new.
And they refused to send the 1 year plus decoder to Technical division saying they don’t support such service and also they convinced me to buy a new decoder. After coming home I fixed and check the new one also seems to be a old stock which is having issues.
They don’t answer the the phone at all and customers can’t get any information. Terrible all branches are like this
Visited them to get a new Home Broadband connection, the attendant was not very clear about why the system had old connections of mine going back to 2011 with an outstanding on them, I was told I could not get a connection until I settle everything. I did and then was told I had to order the connection online which I could have done in the first place without visiting them. Went back home and made an order, the router and sim was delivered in under 2 hours (wasn't expecting that) and I was connected within 10 minutes. Download speed was around 40Mbps but was soon after capped to 10Mbps during day time. Got a good 40Mbps on a Saturday at 6AM. The connection is basic and will work for the usual WFH requirements, but can't be compared to SLT's 100Mbps Fibre.
Most disgusting experience ever. My dialog router speed was very low the technical team wanted me to visit nearest arcade I had to go 3 times cuz they sed no power in the first two instance, finally they did not check anything instead he wanted me to pay 1500 to change my router eventhough it was working perfectly. Competitors doesn't need any advertising this guy was promoting other brands perfectly
Very bad and slow service.
Only 3 ppl are working in the branch. But the queue is very long at this area
It was good. The waiting time was bit long but other than that the service was really good and the staff was really friendly.
Not much of a big place near the Dehiwala junction on Galle Road Sea Side towards Mount. Staff were very friendly n helpful. The counter girl solved my Dialog TV problem in no time helped by another snr girl. GREAT
There will not sell mobile phone if the relevant phone guy us not there.

It took more than one hour just to transfer pre paid connection to a post paid connection. And had to wait for almost one hour just to say my requirement and the service provider's tones were not pleasing at all
Went here to get a new wifi router. By the way, good service, no harm! Safety guidelines are being followed as much as possible these days. Also, I like how they keep a track of the visitors and attend to them in an unbiased geniune order despite having the tax system off. However, it's quite a small area and the place seemed to be getting a bit too crowded every 5 minutes.
Very poor service. They do not function after 4.30 pm saying that the system is down. There is no queue or order of serving customers. Even if there is one, they don’t serve according to the order/follow the queue.
I ask my friend dialog near branch in Dehiwala but my friend told me don't go there every time there telling system not working but I want there to change my SIM but every staff telling no stock SIM and Systems not working but there are already getting ready to off time in 5: 46

Extremely unhelpful and poor customer service. Fat woman actually told me to move over and attended next customer when I still wasn't satisfied.
Good but the space is very small and since it's dialog it should be much more nice and creative and spacious
Customer service - the worst ever. Came with my mother to buy a SIM card for her while she is in Sri Lanka, the lady said to wait till she calls. There was another lady sitting and doing nothing, we had to leave since no one was paying attention to us and I had a small baby with me so I couldn't wait long time. The thing is there were not much people, so I don't know what the staff was doing
