4It doesn't really open at 8.30. I walked into an empty office. First employee walked in at 8.40. Waiting.
Visited the location to get my vehicle insurance renewed. Happy that I had the opportunity of making the application as a soft copy with sending the documents to an agent, with prompt and professional services. Only visited the place as I wanted to collect the insurance card in person.
Whilst this was the first time I visited the location, where the staff was friendly and service was also quick with only wait time being to get the printed card, only hitch I regretted is the parking facility, given there was no room for any customer to park a vehicle when visiting thus a 4 star rating.
Good customer service and reasonable fees for the insurance. You can insurance any vehicle and they provide any type of insurance. And also if your vehicle insurance is expired and if it is a full insurance then they require you to bring your vehicle along with the usual documents.
Disgusting staff and language.no attention given to the customers. Does not understand the value of time. Poor service i ever experienced!
