Worst insurance in sri lanka. Cant get claim. No one here knows what they are doing. If you ask something, they say we don't know, we don't update. A letter was given regarding my problem. They didn't even look at it while talking to the branch. Customer service is very poor

This peopele are crocks thay will take your premium and run when an accident occurs. I had a stone hit windscreen last year also a accident damage to a rear lights. Had fully comprehensive insurance. But they come with some kind of story to not to pay. This has happened to many peoples.
Keep away from this scam. Must remove from cheating business.
Its terrible that management has instructed to take the customers inside the branch offices for their insurance matters. They have wait outside for a long time till they attend to their work. Even the banks allow customers inside
Fairfirst insurance deducted 2500 ruppees for their service. In addition to that, they deducted 5000 ruppees without any reason. This is not a full insurance company. What's the reason? They pay only for half of our total bill. Sri Lankan citizens must be aware of this and don't join with the fairfirst any day, any where. Several partners of Fairfirst insurance company will mislead you. Don't take their words. Actually Fairfirst is the worst insurance company. You will know it, if you are a fairfirst customer. Fairfirst insurance pays less to Muslim brothers. My husband's claim was paid less by Fairfirst. Fairfirst insurance always neglect Muslims. Muslim brothers must be aware of this. Share this message among Muslims. Don't join with Fairfirst insurance company.

They deduct 35% from the customer when replacing parts for new vehicles. I have never seen such a bad insurance company. Don't join with this insurance company. Only a few people like this company. Don't believe them. Most people has rejected this insurance company.

Had a claim issue for my vehicle. So many days I phoned to customer care and they were like they did all the payments. But the branch missed a 1 bill out of 3 bills. Then I went to the fairfirst general mortor insurence head office. Then the case was handled by Mr Thushan. He spoked nicely to me and asked what was happened, step by step. After that he checked the bills with garage and the person who handled it. Then he found 1 bill is missing. Solved it nicely and ask me to collect my check after 3 days.

Fairfirst is not a successful business. Highest number customer complaints illustrate CEO Sanjeev Jha as a failure. I met with a accident on 1st week of June. Cost of bike repair amount is Rs. 38,070. But fairfirst paid my only Rs. 30,600.83. That payment received to me on 7th of July 2020. It take more than one month. Customer care sucks. They Never provide me the correct answer.
Applied for a third party policy online but it was not updated even 24 hours after I made the payment. The customer care agent was lost when I went in person and asked for my card. If it's online. All of these had to happen automatically if you're providing an online platform. Please look into it.
