21There is no secret, no one should do business with them. Look at the negative reviews that have fallen. There is no support in any way. When I call, they say they will take it later, but they don't take it until we call. Shit.
I've recently had the misfortune of dealing with FairFirst after a motorcycle accident, and let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn't wish this insurance company on my worst enemy.
Firstly, their claims process is a joke. Despite providing all the necessary documentation promptly, I've been left waiting for 18 agonizing days without any sign of a resolution from UnfairFirst. It's like they have no regard for the fact that people rely on insurance to get their lives back on track after an accident.
To make matters worse, attempting to contact UnfairFirst has been an exercise in futility. Their customer service is non-existent; they don't answer phone calls, respond to emails, or acknowledge any attempt at communication. It's as if they're hiding from their responsibilities and avoiding their customers on purpose.
I understand that accidents happen, but the way FairFirst has handled my case is utterly reprehensible. Their lack of empathy and efficiency is appalling, and I wouldn't recommend UnfairFirst to my worst enemy.
Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of UnfairFirst—they're not worth the headache or frustration. It's clear they prioritize profit over their customers' well-being, and that's a disgrace in the insurance industry. #NeverAgain #UnfairFirst #WorstInsuranceEver
Fairfirst is by far the WORST Insurance provider.
If your company is planning to get Fairfirst for their corporate package please think twice and NOT GET ANY INSURANCE AT ALL. Do not even get personal insurance.
1) They never respond to claim statuses
2) They do not have an updated method to submit claims (it's mostly through outdated systems)
3) They take extremely long. We submitted in Feb received claim in the 1st week of June
I waited for months to write this review.
I am sure the employees at Fairfirst are trying their best but the company is worst.
I have extremely bad stories about their travel insurance too.

A very friendly workforce in a fun workplace with outstanding work experience. It's really easy to work with fellow employees. Staff members can even contact the CEO at any time to continue uninterrupted service. We must thank the management for creating such an environment for us to continue serving the customers.
Worst Insurance company by a mile! Absolutely non-existent customer service. Agents do not answer or return calls. Customers are left waiting for days without any feedback to requests. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The worst Insurance company wich i ever deal with is this, they never pay the claims intime, and the always have to reasons to reject the insurance claim, we need to follow up the claims, and if we apply for 50000/= claim they only give 2000 for OPD cover,

This is the waste insurance for your vehicle. My friend has paid full insurance for his vehicle and once it got a accident and asked pay fir the repair these people told him to repair and show them and after they olny agreed to give 30% from his bill. But sill these people haven’t even paid the agreed amount. Asking for letters and telling him wait around. They have no plan to handle a customer. If they needed they should have a process telling customer to give these at the first time but these thieves are trying to skip the payment until the insurance expired. Please don’t select this company for your vehicle or health. USELESS

Firstly they came to inspect the vehicle and the approved the claim later they came up saying that the accident was not an accident. Clowns… they steal people’s money.
