Wonderful medical center in colombo. I like to take my toddler to thia clinic during this pandemic because its very less number of patients there. Also this place is really clean and beautiful. They are maintaining the place nicely. All the staff very kind.parking space also there this place located behind the healthguard pharmacy.

Bad communication calling center staff don't know how to talk to the customers.talking like oya, meya.if the management need to monitor check calls at 4/10/2021 at 10.13 am male call agent has answered the call

Just general doctors, if you need a skin specialist don't come here. They are just general doctors with limited knowledge. They gave me pills and cream that did not work at all. Wasted a week with their prescription and now my rash is even worse.

"Take plenty of protein, eat two eggs a day, protein shakes are good for you, get a prescription for multivitamins, iron " etc is generally what is spoken of and recommended among friend and buddies if you are into intense fitness and heavy workouts. This was bugging me and I felt I needed to talk to someone to better understand my overall health and to manage my diet according to my lifestyle and body, which is when I consulted Dr Kayathri Pariasamy of Healthy life clinic.

What probably didn't seem much of a problem to her, she took the time, was empathetic and understood my concerns of a woman with the passion to stay fit and active and wanting to be cautious of potential risks in her mid 30ies. She immediately directed me to some tests that were going to help understand my overall balance of nutrients, health and potential risks. Thereafter with the results in hand, I was given a clear and simple understanding of what the results meant with an easy conversation taking plenty of the time to explain to me.

I also met Mrs Ramya Dhevi a dietitian and nutritionist who took the time to understand my eating habits and thereafter tweaked it, to something that I could adjust to and was comfortable doing. I asked more than a few questions and cleared out all doubts and concerns, mostly I was thrilled that I was not given a ready made diet plan.

Healthy life clinic was equipped to treat my requirements and provided me with a very individualistic and personal approach. I would recommend the Clinic for its simplicity of its overall procedure such as obtaining appointments, billing services and follow up etc. My information was also handled confidentially, professionally and had the right comforting environment for a patient.

I totally recommend this Clinic to anyone who not only wants a good doctor, but who would like to feel at ease when visiting a doctor. Right from the Security Guard outside, to the receptionist, nurse, everyone at the Clinic- they make you feel welcome and at ease. I strongly feel this is important, whatever your ailment maybe, because sometimes going to a doctor can be a nerve wrecking experience, especially to those with anxiety issues. My entire family consults Dr Kayathri Periyasamy as well as other doctors at the Clinic if need be and have always been satisfied with their professionalism and care extended with a human touch. Even during these challenging times with the virus, we have been happy with all safety precautions taken, and those insisted upon.

Poor Management, even for disabled person who walk from crutches they don't even give the wheelchair even after asked. Would give minus stars if possible.

Visiting Doctors are very good.
But the management is very poor.

Dr Ruvaiz Hannifa is the leading Family Medicine physician in Sri Lanka period. He treated my mum's medical problems with a caring and humble manner which she liked very much.

He safety netted her social situation as all her children live overseas. He helped my aunt from Australia too, who said that he is years ahead of her GP in Australia.
