Excellent staff from the point of entry to the exit. Most of my requirements are available and I always get here for my purchases

Spacious. Pleasant environment. Spacious car parks. Washroom available. One of the main branches of Keells.

They use TukTuk to deliver items. Which is bad. One of the item is broke and spilled over other items. And they didn't refund 150 rupees for unavailable item. I will not use Keells online delivery again. There are plenty of other good delivery services available to choose.

The best keels outlet,  in my opinion. The area is rather crowded. There is parking. The staff is polite. Facilities of pharmacy and bakery is also available.

One of the best Keells outlets.ample parking. Wider collection. Fresh produce are really good.

Has lot of parking and the place is big and they have a variety of items to buy.
Very dissapointed wth the food. Ordered egg kottu. They had labeled it as chicken kottu. Almost over paid at the counter. Luckily I was aware of the prices and pointed out it.
The kottu was very dry and had no taste in it. One of the few worst kottus I ever had in my life.

I made 2 online orders. And i like to share my experiences.
Order 1: got the order delivered irrespective of the time and the date i requested. Driver had no hand sanitizers and the he was sitting on all the receipts, neither the driver came to my home, i had to travel 500 meters in RAIN, and in the middle of an office call. The driver never tried to even reach my home despite very clear instructions that i have given by calling him 3 4 times.very unprofessional.

Order 2: driver lost the tags of the parcels and asks me how many parcels do you expect and what are the items that you ordered. " how can i remember that? My order had more than 50 items. " The driver had to peek open all the paecels and see if those parcels were related to me, and had any goods inside them to confirm those were mine. Also it was raining and it took more than 30 minutes to sneak peek others parcels. Also i had office work at that time too.

Conclusion: Time wasting and Not behaving according to quanrantine rules.

Close to where I live. This was the first Keells supermarket in this area and is considered a pioneer in the arena of supermarkets in Thalawatugoda. With many phases of refurbished interior from time to time, it's kept up it's appearances apart from it's endless array of grocery and ready to eat items including bakery items. The large floor area ensures comfortable shopping. A notable to add to this is, during the first wave of the covid pandemic, this supermarket carried out yeoman service by keeping food essentials available. It was certainly service than profit making at that particular time. A great place to shop.

Keells Thalawatugoda is unbelievably selling rotten big onions today, when I checked with the manager, he simply answered that this is what he got from the suppliers, so he failed to deliver the Compnay expectations by standing as the outlet manager, he has let down the list of loyal customers to the outlets

Great place to buy fresh veggies, meat, fish, and other groceries. They also have a bakery inside.so bread and buns and other savory items also available.parking available, good shopping experience.

Quite bigger than other keels this is one of the oldest one of kind, got lot of varieties than other place ample parking bakery and wine store there too. Also they carry bread till late.

This store is pretty massive. It as all the usual needs for every household and a sizable car park as we come to expect from keels. They have a bakery, fresh juices and a dialog as well. Solid supermarket.

No complains about the supermarket. But the cooked food was tasteless, bland and didn't feel fresh. I had the fried rice and the noodles. I really expected more from a big company like keells and I hope they improve on this.

Good place. Could buy almost anything that could be found in any other Keels. Fairly decent car park.

This is a big supermarket though not qualifying to be a hypermarket or a department store. For a long time this was the only supermarket serving a large area and a big population. Since of late, there had been successive opening of many supermarkets in the region. Since there are many upscale residential neighborhoods in the area the importance of this place had not been challenged. It has a bakery, pharmacy, stationery section, frozen food section etc in addition to the grocery and vegetable sections. A large selection of items is on display for customers to easily pick up everything they want for the household. There's car parking by adjacent to the building. There's additional car parking within a few meters from the supermarket. One has walk crossing a footbridge across a canal from the latter carpark. The bridge is not particularly friendly for supermarket trolleys though, having to negotiate a couple of humps.

Worst service experienced from a Keells super market. Never ever stepping to this super market. Sometimes any other Keells outlets too.
