User friendly staff in majority & enough allocation for parking. Ideal and attractive in location wise.

Today i m buy 2 small chicken kottu this is a very bad but price is high. Please keels it eat in people do the best.keels food not recommended.

Ample parking and it's very close to my home. They have wide product range and good customer service than the other supermarkets. Compared to other Keells outlets', Keells-Kesbewa team is already committed to providing excellent customer service. I think this is the best Keells outlet in Sri Lanka.

Customer service needs to improve, and the availability of groceries needs to be improved as well.

Every week we visit keells, unless we went to buy from piliyandala market. Because compare to market here is way more expensive. But everything available in same place. So its more convenient for customers like us.

One of best super market in the area.also includes pharmacy and bakery. Also you can buy live cooking foods here. Modern market space with ample of parking space.

The girls in the bakery section of this outlet have taken the "first come - first out" policy very seriously. Hence they try to sell days-old sandwich bread instead of issuing fresh sandwich bread even though they were packing fresh bread in the background. Every day they refuse to offer fresh bread saying those bread were prepared for special order! So all the time this outlet has close-to-expire bakery times. Most of the team members are rude and usually, they forget papadams and some curries when we order rice and curry.

Good place for shopping for home needs. Reasonable prices and product quality is good. They have meals also. You can make order first and start shopping.

A good well stocked outlet, but very sadly some of the staff, specially some of the girls are very unfriendly and morose. Have had some bad experiences at the meat counters.

Employees and security guards look at customers with suspicion. Very dissatisfied.
They think we are thiefs

It is a usual keels with ample parking. But the duty manager took over a closed cash register when the open cash registers were fully occupied. Something nice to see should get attention

A less crowded place. But cashiers seems to be making mistakes all over. Check your receipts twice before leaving the place.

Extremely safe, good service was there, however when buying chicken from the fridge it would be Better if it was pre scaled

To day i got one piece of roasted chicken but it's not roasted well.and it has not enough salt taste.it is good to check the taste, (specially cooked foods.)

If you're looking for groceries and supplies, this is a good place to buy them (probably with a discount).

What is special about this branch of Keels is the spacious car park. They have a bin to collect used plastic bottles which is a good thing too. This brach has short eat counter and a fresh juice counter.

They have displayed “If the queue goes over the marked line, we will open another counter for you”

This is not true. My last four visits it did not happen. This outlet operating without the required manpower. Experienced this for the last couple of weeks during evening hours.

Managress Thilinie is very efficient and very supportive. Even fresh vegetables and fruits available from morning hours onwards

Awesome place. Constantly updated price lists and most importantly, the goods itself. That look of fresh foods. Anything you want, they are all there. The customer service is good as well.

07102019 Visited around 6.30pm, just wanted to grab a pound of bread. 3 cashiers were on duty. Billing was fast. 59LRK I paid through C Card but cashier didn't make faces like some do. She was polite and asked for the nexus number even the amount was very low. It was quite a nice place for quick shipping and even for a bulk shopper.
