Customer service is utterly dissatisfying, quality of the facility has deteriorated over time specially the current manager do not manage the customers in a polite manner at all. Will never go Keells again and advice everyone to choose SPAR or the next door Cargill's instead.

Large parking area with safetly methords have been delivered. Nice and helpful guys were there.

One of the best supermarket line in sri lanka. Quality items and nice environment to do grocery. Customer service is oki.

Organised and variety of grocery items are available.
Beckery and food stand is also good.

It is easy to collect food item like fruits, leafy greens and vegetables, grains, fish, meat, diary products, milk powders, cooking oils, biscuits and sweets. Baby items like soap, oil, cream, diapers are there. Wide parking area.

The fish, Thalapath, was unrecognizable grey and looked either freezer burnt or spoiled. No Vegies, except for Carrots. It was disappointing.

This is very bad way of their business.delivery charges are 350/=. This is very bad.my distance is 2.7 km.not reasonable. Arpico and Food city charges only 200/=. Can't recommend this keells super.

One of the supermarket in keells chain which has the same structure where it is to find the goods that we need. It has a backery as well

Nice place with lot of parking spaces. But there were not enough staff to weigh the fresh products when I visited last time on a sunday. May be it is a random issue.

No roast chicken on busy Saturday. And counters are empty next to bakery display.

Plenty of parking space. Friendly staff. Compared to other stores located in the area variety of fresh vegetables and fruits are available.

26th October 2019- Though Keells talk about reducing plastic most of the time they are out of paper bags for bakery items.

Close by to its old competitor, this outlet is situated on the 120 bus route.

Quite a large parking lot so it won't be a hassle, ever (I think).

As I have described other Keells outlets, this one is the same as well. Except they have more organic produce which aren't days old and stocks are more frequently replenished by the look of it. Alas, the lack of some new items and the full range of those that are there is ever so disappointing (a common occurance at any Keells outlet).

The staff is, as commonly seen in their other outlets, very friendly and helpful with big genuine (I hope) smiles on their faces.

The one or two grumpy, frowning staff member could be seen here and there on some days, mostly due to working long shifts or not getting the leave they wanted from the management (just heard in passing, I was most certainly NOT eavesdropping). But they are rare and negligible in number.

The aisles are wide and so, chances are your ulterior motive will most definitely be revealed if you happen to "accidently" bump into an interesting subject's shopping cart and claim there wasn't enough space to pass through.

The usual column or two will be present (here it's near the baby diapers section) that will cause a bit of a jam if carts travel in opposite directions at this spot. (check it out.it's kinda fun)

Everything else is good and nice but I truly wish that there was a public washroom for customers in this and the rest of their outlets.

This is a very big Super Market with all kinds of family needs consumer products. I can recommend this place as a very clean place and carpark also very big.

Good service, quality products, the welcome greeting by the security guard is a definite heart warming.

Security person is a very nice is welcoming everybody I like that keells going great thank you very much for great service.

At the start there started with a big scale now when you go there to meet section only chicken is available when you ask them there show you the packaged imported beef and other meats.been in Sri lanks why should you buy imported meets.other hand the staff has a big attitude not properly trained and manage is not be seen.so we stay just opposite keells and I go to buy my provisions from spar supper market kohuwala. The Pharmacy in keells is superb I only go to my medicine from there and 1 or 2 items which I want buy urgently.
Sorry say this not happy at all.

Parking facility is good. Cooked foods are available in here. Friendly staff also work in here.

A noce place but too much noise after they started making kotthu.but definitely better than the cargils next door
