Keells - Kottawa 2

Bought large pizza under dfcc card 1 to 1 offer. Very poor in quality. There was only few chicken pcs, onion pcs and few spring onion.

Its got the essentials nothing fancy or over the top, can do ure daily shopping and grocery runs with no issues

The staff at the cashier making mess of the bills. Mistaken bills were fixed 3 times & finally some items billed were not there in the bag. Somehow they were lost. Pay attention during the billing & packing as you may incur losses

Here they are not selling roast chicken half,
so i have to go to Watthegedara, Pannipitya, Embuldeniya or Boralesgamuwa Keels from Kottawa, this is very unfair, Why other Keels can sell this outlet only doing this.please take a action.

This is a perfect store in the town. It was nice to be able to just walk and grab what we needed. They had fruit, bread, lunch meat, peanut butter, snack crackers, coke, ice cream, cereal, etc. The Staffs are very friendly.

පිටවන ස්ථානය ඉතාම අවදානම් සහගත වේ. කොට්ටාව මාර්ගය සංවර්ධනය කිරීමේදි පිටවන ස්ථානය අක්‍රමවත්ව සකසා ඇත. නිසි ලෙස දර්ශනය නොවුවහොත් වාහනයට හානි විය හැක. විශේෂයෙන් රාත්‍රී කාලයේදී පිටවන ස්ථානයෙන් මාර්ගයට පිවිසීමේදි වඩාත් සැලකිලිමත් වන්න.

අනෙකුත් අංග සාමන්‍ය පරිදි සෑහීමකට පත්විය හැකි මට්ටමේ පවති.

This branch is great like all major Keells branches. These days, the parking area is under construction so it is a bit of a hassle, but other than that, everything's great!

I feel keells has lost its shine after green branding campaign. Vegetable weighing area need to be organised as queues are long during busy hours. Maintain some space for weighing process, where customers can lineup their items.staff looks tired

A medium sized supermarket with ample parking space. 50+ vehicles can be parked here. It includes a bakery and a cooked food store. Foods are freshly baked or cooked, and sold at reasonable prices. There's a pharmacy inside. They have a wide variety of brands. Cards are accepted here, and the prices are reasonable. Promotional items can be seen very often. More customers can be seen in the evening and on Sundays.

Keels Kottawa 2 outlet is the worst Keels outlet store which I have ever visited. Disgusting customer service. About one month ago also I made a complaint. Today also the same. No Manager to make a complaint even. One proud scavenger queen at the store said that the Manager is having breakfast. But so called Manager didnt return for about hour. May be he was having his dinner too.
Disgusting fellow at Fish outlet refused to cut my fish even he had only one more customer to be served. He was telling me that there are no workers so he cannot cut my fish.
Next at the cashier, people were waiting and waiting due to untrained female staff. Two customers were complaining. One customer kept the required amount of money on the desk and took their two water bottles by asking the cashier to make the bill at the time she wants. She doesn't know the correct code numbers of goods and was running here and there to find it.
The other female cashier next to her was another terrible case. I asked her for the Manager. She said no Managers today. I said that I want to make a complaint. She was taking so long to enter the bill and put goods to the bags so that I told her that I will make a complaint about her. She was making sounds from her mouth. Bloody people think that we have come to beg from them. We buy things from our money. If we dont buy goods from your oultlets, you pleople will have to starve to death.
One more thing, no one at the outlet is picking up the phone. Why do you guys mention phone numbers in your website if you dont answer customer's calls.
Train your bloody people on how to treat customers or else pack your things and vanish. We have many good super markets in the town with polite staff who knows to treat customers well. First, send your kiddy disgusting staff to a Montessori and teach them on good manners and behaviours.

Has wide range of goods and lots of parking space. Typical keells outlet with all the normal services.

Just like any other Keells Branch they have maintained their Standards & ambience, Hats off

Largest super market in Kottawa area. Located in Kottawa - Horana road. Large vehicle parking available.

Best place to buy everything you want under one roof for your day to day life. A good customer sevice you can accept. Most of cashiers are very careful. But some times the customer care assistants are not disciplinary. That must be setup by top management.

Located closer to the Kottawa town. A decent outlet with the usual range of products. Great staff and wide parking space within premises.

Parking is very bad. People parking behind the vehicle. Security saying that they are not responsible for parking matters. I had to wait 20 minutes until the guy came and take the vehicle out. Very bad experience.

Friendly staff, reasonable choice of produce, spacious layout. However Keells should do MORE to move away from plastic usage.
