I am a regular customer of your store, and I have never had a problem with your bread before. I am usually very happy with the quality of your products. However, I am very disappointed with the tasteless bread that I purchased today - the 21st of July

I recently visited Keells Super Arangala, and overall, I had a mixed experience. The supermarket undoubtedly offers excellent service and quality products, but there was one aspect that left a sour taste in my mouth—the behavior of their security officer.

Firstly, I must commend Keells Super for their exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. They promptly answered my queries and helped me locate the items I needed. The aisles were well-stocked and neatly organized, making my shopping experience hassle-free.

Moreover, Keells Super boasts a wide range of high-quality products. From fresh produce to pantry staples, I found everything I was looking for. The store maintains strict standards when it comes to product quality, ensuring customers receive the best.

However, I was disappointed by the attitude of the security officer at the entrance. While I understand the need for security measures, the officer's demeanor was unwelcoming. Their stern expression and curt responses gave an impression of indifference towards customers. It made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat unwelcome as I entered the store. (all about a slightly wet umbrella)

In conclusion, Keells Super excels in providing good service and high-quality products. Nonetheless, I urge the management to address the issue of the security officer's attitude to ensure a more pleasant and inclusive shopping environment.

I am soo sad.because we r always keells costume.ladies fingers all not good.potatoes some.another vegetables also like that.so sad from this time.

Some much needed household items not available and big queue to pay, but only two cashiers as usual

I'm regular client and/or Nexus member there. My bitter experience today is that your parking area near roadside towards Malabe has been encroached by pavement traders.

One of the best supermarket network in Sri Lanka. Bakery items also available. Fresh drinks also available. Pharmacy also available. Following COVID-19 guidelines. Great customer service. Highly recommended. Ample parking space.

It is located at a convenient place on Kotte - Bope Road. The shop layout is similar to other suburban locations.

Generally, a place with no any issues. It is a normal super market with a sufficient parking facilities and also with a foreign liquor shop.

Bakery food, alcoholic beverages and pharmacy available in this branch but take away food is not available.

It was big and spacious but I did not get what I was looking for. I wanted to but Crescent frozen cheese pasta but it was not available. In my opinion Keels Enderamulla was better and had products with different ranges and brands to suit the needs of the customer.
Kindly please have the same standard in all the outlooks, irrespective of the venue so the customers don't leave disappointed.

Not too bad, but one day one of my daughters fallen down and knocked at a leg of a desk that was using for keep vegetables and bleeding from the mouth, even one staff member didn't ask what happened. So sad about their humanity.

Good place to shopping. Kind service. But don't let them to add your balance to NEXUS. They will aske for it. But you must ask for balance. This is bad of them.

Properly arranged super market and vast rang of product are available. Well organized and well maintained place to buy day today grocery items. They have nice variety of vegetables and fruits. Convenience of getting everything you need under one roof. They have many products at reasonable prices. Pharmacy is added advantage and good environment to shop. Very good customer service. Has large car parking area.

Good place for daily shopping needs. Bakery is going out of stocks after 9. They need to have a constant supply of items until they close down.

I went in for a quick purchase on my way to friends place. This is one of the smaller branches of their supermarket chain. They do have a solid selection of goods through and staff is as professional as in any other branches. Parking space is not as big as Kalalgoda or Thalawathugoda where I regularly shop but is adequate I think.

Best place to go, if you buying goods for your house once or twice a month. Because they give promotions for so many products.

We do our groceries at Keels Arangala in the Malabe area. Go green. Its all good. But the choice of green groceries is appaling. Its nice and very kind of Kumar S to extol the virtues of the range of products available. But does he ever drop by at this particular branch or any other branch to.check on the veracity of the statement he lends his name and image to? Give me a break.give me Arpico

Good place to fulfill your day today house hold goods requirements. Nice arrangement and wonderful atmosphere. Best for fresh vegetables and fruits.
