Cashiers should be give coins to give balance to customers, as they are asking even to put 8 rupees to the card

It used to be one of the better keells outlets, but from about 2-3 weeks ago, the staff is short, the vegetables and fruits don't turnover with old ones rotting. Hope it will improve soon.

Today 20-03-2021 the Keells Pannipitiya Outlet in Highlevel Road went in tilt, All Cashier's POS system went down from 9.00 am to 10.15, They are unable to resolve the issue quickly, waited almost one hour in the queue, they contacted their IT Section several times over the phone. They said it's a server side issue and unable to resolve or backup system for more than one hour. Finally they issued handwritten temporary bills and calculated total amount manually.cash only.
Bad experience for a customer who is having busy schedule wasting one hour untill they find an alternative answer

It's a very nice place but comparing it with most Keells outlets is important. The staff is always struggling to cope up with situations and customers suffer as a result. Therefore i rate it 3 star.

You can get almost any grocery items you want. They keep it clean like every other Keells Super outlet. Staff is okay. Customer service could be improved. Fruits and vegetables seems not fresh. Bakery items are good. Almost a place that can be used to buy almost all groceries at once in Pannipitiya area. Have plenty of parking space.

Good place to buy any kind of glossary. But some of the good stocks are ended and not refilled when i went to shopping.

No liquor store. But this is pretty close to home so I'm giving it 5/5 for not posing a health risk.

Friendly and helpful staff. Enough parking unless weekends and some evenings.
Cons: I have experienced lack of vegetables and fish even in early evening.

Fresh items are normally cheaper than in weekly markets. And they are all fresh and maintained. Friendly staff.

If you plan on making online home delivery from this place, forget it, very unlikely you will get your stuff delivered. Their direct line is not correct and no one answers the mobile

Visited around 230 one cashier at the counter with others were empty maybe breaktime or Lunch still you cannot keep your customers waiting.

Compare to other outlets, this one bit small, but situated at very convenient location with spacious car park. Vegetable & meat sections are very small, but has very good bakery, my favorite is "Roat Paan", check for roasted chicken quality before buying. Sorry guys there is no liquor outlet.

Parking facility is poor and risky. Customer care should improve. Delivery available during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.

Its spacious for both shopping and to park your car, compared to the Cargils super market at Kottawa I always prefer Keells super market at Pannipitiya. Not to down play Cargils Kottawa but Keells Pannipitiya does hold an edge with the product range, space and outer appearance.

They have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.and all kinds of meat and fresh seafood.offer the same range of cheese as other supermarket chains (Anchor, Happy Cow, etc).

Good place to have a quick shopping visit to have all the house hold items. Ample parking slots are available. Prices are fairly all right. One of the super markets of Keels super markets chain.

Its always good with any keells store. Customer care is good. Have what you want at your fingertips. Conveniently located. Ample parking space. Can always get a quick bite as well. Soothing fresh juices. Have product promos on assentials.

Spacious parking. Good service. Good bakery but do not serve food such as fried rice and kottu so far. Probably will start soon
