We called into LFC at majestic City for a quick snack
My husband had rice and chicken and I had chicken and fries
The chicken was very dry and not very nice
My French fries did not come with my chicken i they came out ten minutes later after I went and asked where they were
I like my meal served together not separate which they did
If they had told me my French fries had a 15 minute wait I would have asked them to serve all our meals together

Absolutely disappointed with their family meal option. The briyani rice that was served was undercooked and too dry as well. Their fried chicken on the other hand did not seem fresh at all. And it seems like they weren't coated properly before they fried. The place was not packed either so when you have few customers stopping by for lunch, I'm dead sure it would not be difficult for them to serve us a proper meal. Extremely displeased and frustrated with their meals.

It was not very crowded and service was quick, the KFC chicken was delicious and their chicken with rice is also good. All in all very clean and good service cashier Sanjeewan

They stopped serving their iconic ice cream a few years back and now they don't even have fries available. Standards have really dropped and the taste isn't really a saving grace anymore either. KFC needs to buckle up.

It is a bad experience i faced today quality and standards of the food as goen down chicken was old hard we had 3 burger 4 chicken piece i felt womiting
Sri lanka could be in crisis but food quality shuld not go down we paying exact value for the food plz focus on that team

The balance was low and I could not claim it as I found out later

Comfortable located in the Majestic City mall. Kind staff.

We had several different items, all of the expected quality. The room was clean, with enough space for us, and A/C.

KFC was the Most unhygienic place at bamba at the MC.
Including the washroom which I dnt want to post that picture which is more disgusting place ever.

Really disappointed about your service. We asked to clean the table many times but didnt clean the table even.bad service. I post this on facebook also.dont come to KFS bambalapitiya

Horrible food! Inattentive server, the fries were made right in front of me but surprisingly, there were cold ones in the mix, the chicken was dark and greasy meaning it was fried a couple of times! The oil hasn't been changed in ages probably! The meal was not enjoyable to say the least!

I used to have tasty foods here but now taste is not expected level. Sometimes too oily. If you going little to this place, use stain road side entrance. It's more easy that going through MC. Check for available foods and then place the order.

My order was delayed for One hour. And when l received the kfc burger the taste was not at all good. It was hopeless

Not bad. The Toilet is bad smell. No tissue. Not maintaining and cleaning properly. Apart from this KFC chicken taste as usual.

Wow! The fried chicken was amazing here! I have no idea why KFC doesn't taste this good in the USA. Here the fried chicken was real delicious and crispy too! Get this.they have fried chicken biryani! And other chicken dishes you cannot find on any menus in the US! Service too was friendly and fast!

Some of the staff are rude, could not contact the manager to complain. Made me wait for a while. Did not even allow me to use the washroom.

Nice but i would recommend to do s take away instead of eating there, because the place seems to be uncomfortable for me.

Pretty much the same as the other KFC's in srilanka, but this has a good ambience and a peaceful setting, mainly due to the fact that the crowd tends to go to McDonald's right next to it. I've never liked the KFC menu and they'll need to reduce prices alittle to compete with McD. I'd suggest some inclusions such as cheesy wedges which is a big hit in KFC Malaysia and all my Lankan friends hit the place even just for that.
I like the atmosphere I mean the architecture and I know the architecture spoils the seating space a bit but nice ambience.
My last visit I had a chicken submarine, fries and coke those days KFC subs were good and standered but now it has become worse I felt like I'm eating something that was frozen for fortnight and just microwaved and served, as artificial as that.anyhow the bread was soft!

Went in the morning so it was clean.wouldn't expect it to be that clean later the same day. Also when you go there, if you don't order right away. They come and ask you to make an order which isn't very polite.

The standards have dropped. Smaller drinks and fries. Burgers dont tase good. Very dissatisfied.
