63There customer service is very poor, they don't think about customer time while meeting, we had to pay and wait for a long time.
A week ago, I went to this place to have lunch. I ordered a Chicken Biriyani (Large), a Chicken Submarine, and a Virgin Mojito.
I have visited many KFC locations, but this is the worst experience. The Biriyani portion is not enough for a single person, even if it is large. Also, it didn't have a good taste, and there were pices of white rice balls that were not mixed well.
The Chicken Submarine was bad also. There was a smell of old bread. Also, it had two chicken pieces (others have 3).
The Virgin Mojito is okay, but it tasted different than other places.
Not recommending
This is really bad. They do not feaking turn on their AC. They do not have fans and do not turn on their AC. It is hot sweating and full of flies. You pay high price for their food but do not have the AC even. Very disappointing service. Never coming back.
Dissatisfied. Ordered a Large Fries and finally when the order arrived it was regular size one. According to staff who was manning the register, it is the large portion size and to me it looks like a standard industry worldwide regular size to me.
The person who was manning the register was very aloof.
The rest room was smelly, wet floors and not even toilet papers. Not worth the money spend there.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I went to the KFC is rajagiriya. I paid close to 900 rupees for 2 pieces of chicken for 2 people. What I got was 1 small piece and an even smaller piece of chicken that tasted like cardboard! Forget KFCs blend of spices, this didnt even have salt. Times are tough and prices are high no doubt, but this was daylight robbery!
Worst customer service that I Have ever experienced.
Both Manger and chef on their phones after taking food orders.
Even the ordered food is ready, we have to go to the counter and ask wether the our order is ready or not because they don't call when the order is ready.
Today i visited Nittambuwa, Malwatta located KFC & Ordered KFC Sawan for the dining in with my family. Price increase up to Rs. 2950/= & its accepted considering country current situation. But we non satisfactory about of appeared very low chicken (three large pieces, one drumstick, four wings) pieces in Sawan. If the price increase need to maintain quality.
Also air conditioners off in dining area. Seen some customers first ordered dining and after received their order re arranged take away. Staff appearance and service really appreciating.
How ever we always like KFC and hope you will maintain same quality always in future.
Today I ordered two chicken buckets and sandwich. But I received just one chicken bucket only. Never trust this place again. Please don’t get any service from this stupid place
I ordered through their website and had to wait for 2 hours. Then someone from the outlet calls me and asks if I can pay by cash since their card machines aren’t working. ️ Eventually had to cancel the order. What a waste of time.
Terrible. I ordered a ten pieces chicken bucket from Wattala branch and received 5 pieces of drumsticks and 3 wings and 1 thigh and 1 breast piece. Disgusting.when I contacted the branch to enquire why is it the response from the branch is terrible.
After staying for long time (mote than 1/2 Hour) in the Q when we reached to the cashier they says unable to get hotdrumlets! Poor service Negombo outlet (Administration look CCTV and make the mistakes before losing the customers)
10 pieces offer එක 1500 දිලා මාස 6 ක් යන්නත් කලින් දැන් 2000 ගානක්. 1950 ට තිබිලා ගිය සතියෙ දැන් 200 ගානකින් අය් වැඩි කරා. කන්නම හොද නැ.
Its been almost 4 hours since i ordered and i still haven't received my order. When i checked for an update all they had to say is that the order is not dispatched. More than 4 hours and it's still not dispatched yet. Wow! Such a poor service i should say. And for the order i made at 6pm, i am being informed at 10pm that they do not have the delivery available in the Matale outlet. I had to call many times for an updaye on my order and still they only had to inform there is no delivery after confirming the order and making me wait for hours. How terrible is this service. Kfc should work big time on how to satisfy their customer! Extremely disappointing.
Pathetic service, it took them almost 1 hour 30 min to deliver in an area near to the outlet.
Christmas Chicken Combo was completely misguiding as it doesn't serve as per the post being displayed in outlets.
Flavour was awful and not appealing as it used to be. Not worth for money. Throughly disappointed.
Hi thanks for opening an outlet in nittambuwa I had a very bad experience in ur out in malwatha nittambuwa my first visit was very good the boys there on that day we're very helpfull.but my visit today was not satisfied at all by the girl on duty in the evening I ordered 20 pieces of kfc chicken and a 6 portion.i ask her if this is large pieces she said yes Sir it drumlets I did not understand but paid the money.since it was not what I need for the evening I requested the the girl I need to change she refused.but she could have avoid the bill since i am going to order for a different pack but she refused and said no.i dont know if this is onevof ur rules but u should bend the rules specialy at a time like this.it is bad impression when u turn down the customers at once NO i call the hot line to make complain but no answer.
Terrible excuse for a restaurant. I don't know why this place became this disgusting, but do not go there esp during covid times. Extremely unhygienic and there's nothing to make the heat better on a hot day.
The BEST part was while we were eating someone taps my shoulder and I turn around, to see there was a beggar standing next to me. Asking for money. While we had removed all our masks and were eating. Truly disturbed me and I had to get out as soon as I could. If the staff there can't clean or sanitize the place and keep unwanted people from entering the premises, why even bother having an open restaurant? Just disgusting and ruined the KFC name for me.
Charged about 500 for delivery charges. And asked us to come about 1km to pick up the delivery. Had this horrible experience with the panadura branch.
Absolutely horrible service. The hotline is never reachable. They promote special promotions on social media but the specific promotion is never available in the website
Got a fried chicken basket a few days ago and it was saltless, tasteless, bland stuff only with crunchyness which was in fact unedible.
All were unhappy and Complain was not inquired yet. Low standard food and poor customer care. Decided not to patronize kfc again.
