A bangle we bought from there had noticeable scratches on it. It was meant to be brand new but seemed like a second hand product. The staff work with gold and should know not to sell damaged goods.
Be extra careful when buying from there.

This place is facing the main road and I must say, this is a place with wonderful customer service. We can check the available designs online as well and after we go to the shop they are helping you their level best to find the most suitable design. They are friendly and attentive. There are few parking slots available inside as well. Highly recommend the shop.

Very nice design. Their staff is nice but don't have the friendly vibe. They sound welcoming. But very helpful. Bought earing from them love it.

Poor customer service. Guy who discussed with me was rude and had no knowledge about the subject. The ladies seems to have some understanding. But they could not provide me a design for my requirement. Overall, the respect for the customer is not in a satisfied level.

Poor customer service and poor selection of wedding rings. Ring sizes on display are made for kids and to make bigger sizes should pay extra worst jewelry store i have visited. Please go to vougue, raja jewlers or nithiyakalyani they have the best customer service and a wide range of selection.
