Mallika Hemachandra is being our family Jewellery store from our grand parents because of the trust and quality they maintained so far and staff was really helpful.we purchased number of gold products and they gave a special discount as well.

Disappointed. Staff was arrogant and rude from the front door. From spraying sanitizer to the attitude of sales assistants was really rude! They weren't friendly or welcoming at all, their attitude was really arrogant. We visited Radella, Arthur and Vogue afterwards and their staff were amazing! MH was just the opposite! Didn't feel like spending a penny on them! Pls advice your staff to be more polite to your customers! You guys a lost a good deal thanks to your stupid staff

Horrible service! I paid for 22kt gold earrings online, after placing the order they didn’t want to deliver, had to go instore. It was very disappointing when we went instore, they gave 18kt gold earrings and refused to refund for them when we went instore. Do not recommend them

Their designs are good. But they give low price for old gold. I wanted to exchange my old ring and chain. They cheated me saying that it is made of low quality gold. They valued my old ring for only Rs. 7500, and chain for Rs. 116000. But vogue jewellers valued the ring for Rs. 12500 and chain for Rs. 136000. Don't go there to exchange old gold.

I called them to ask about on going offers.the lady who answered the phone said she cant tell about offers over the phone and ask to come to the nugegoda outlet.and her accent is really rude.

Great selections for reasonable prices. Very friendly and efficient staff. They don't hesitate to show what's new and trending designs. You can also exchange your old gold for new jewelry here.

Most hectic customer service experience ever i had at the Nugegoda Branch. I went to fix a loop for my pendent, cos loop was smaller than the width of the chain.there were three staff attended my quarry, first one seen it and inspected and kept on the tray.another colleague came and inspected kept me for a while never turned up.third one came after few minutes said they cant fix my loop cos it was not purchased from the store, which was informed to the staff at the initial discussion.obviously it was purchased from Italy and machine crafted chain and the pendent
wasted my time.highly demotivated set of people.more like a funeral house.

Usually I'm visiting Mallika Hemachandra Jwellries, even with my family. Today I had to face to a bad experience with Mallika Hemachandra Jwellers.
I referred the website today and it says, MHJ Nugegoda branch is open until 8.00 pm. I went there before 7.00 pm but outlet was closed.
It seems like it had moved to another location but no information on whether it is closed for today or moved to a new location.
I called to the branch, but no one answered. Then I called to general hotline. Even hotline, no one answered. After the recording automatically calles are disconnected without any useful information to the customer.
I was helpless. And had to visit another jewelry shop.
Please keep updated your outlet locations and open/ close times in your website.

My favorite store is Kandy branch at KCC a d they have lovely staff with outstanding knowledge about Jewellery and helpful too. Range is starting from very little to giant collection.
