7Well this is closed down and doesn't feel very good to be here. Only good point is the theater in the 4th floor.
Good place. There are so many things to enjoy such as rooftop, skylight Theater, pool boards and children play garden.
The whole place looked haunted from inside, and it's empty most time. The cinema was okay.
Right in the middle of Malabe town. Very limited parking space for a shopping mall. A few shops and a 3D cinema theater. Kind of old now. May be a good round of refurbishing could add some life to the building.
There are several shops in metro city super market. Therefore easy to shopping as well as on the top floor there is a 3D movie theater also.
You can park you vehicle infront of the building or limited parking slots at basement of the building
3D Movie theater is great. It's sound system is awesome and feels good. There is no rooftop available now. Building is not look pretty. Abans showroom is located on the ground floor. If you need take away food the corner bake shop is good with quality. On side of the building their is a pharmacy. On 1st floor it offers a free children's play area.
