Dr Dimuthu's very competent & d most pleasant Doctor who has been our GP for d last 20 odd years. Pleasant & trained staff. Reasonable rates & given medicine name's written on d content bag.well equip lab facilities & other consultations also possible in upper floors.v. Conveniently located but prepare to spend 1-3Hrs @times.

When the receptionists take the doctors place. They are so arrogant at the customers. The Dr.should better teach the ladies to be humble at the customers first.

Perhaps some of the most untrained, rude and impolite receptionists and medicine dispensers work behind the counter.

One of the worst examples of managing patients in waiting. The staff regularly double and triple book the appointments and treat the patients like cattle. When asked the ongoing number, the standard answer is "come soon, if you miss your number then you will need to wait till the end ". But when you are there, they just forego the number system. They go so far as to have the one doctor shuttle between 3 adjacent visitation rooms while randomly plugging in patients, irrespective of the allotted number. Never heard soo many disgruntled patients outside of a government hospital. Unless this is your only option, give this place a pass. Patients deserve better.

If you have zero value for your time this imight be a good place. The mechanism for que management is prehistoric and no order at all. Waited 2 hours and finally gave up as more and more people jumps in the middle with various reasons. Had 2 or 3 sales reps visit during the time too.

Got a token from the clinic. Number was 50. As the patient was feeling critical, we thought of keeping him at the office.our office is just 100m away.when we come to the clinic, the calling number was 54. I talked to the receptionist and explained the situation, and told him it was for his and other patients safety that we kept him at the office.as they could see how critical he was, they rejected take him in for the check up and asked me to get a new token to do the channel.how inhuman is that? Why does medical sector do this heartless things. Receptionists treated me so rude and very unprofessional

Doctor is okay. Service is the worst. No order whatsoever. They give numbers out but who ever jumps to the front of the line next gets to go in. Stayed in line for 3 hours and nobody even bothered. Nurses are worse than a government institution. Wouldn’t recommend and will never return.

Very much satisfied with the service. I'm going to recommend it to everyone. Good doctor. Very understanding. Please go if u are sick. Definetely go. Very very good place. Thank you for the helpful service. Very good medicines. I got better quickly.

Very poor customer service by front desk. There is a girl called Ayesha, She is very unprofessional and she don't know how to talk to customers. Bad Place I have ever seen. Don't go to this place. Waste of money

Channel girl AYESHA is very unprofessional.the way she talk is very annoying. Dr. Dimithu you are losing your customers because of this girl

Didn't even recognize the illness and gave inappropriate medicine. Luckily went to another good physician. Frustrated about these kind of medical centers.

Excellent service. Dr dimuthu was such a gentleman of a doctor. Extremely friendly and kind. Diagnosis were done with care and a cheer. Just speaking to him make you feel better. A word must be said about the staff as well. Even in big hospitals in Sri Lanka you do not get such friendly staff. Was very helpful. Place was kept very clean. Online bookings are available with card payment facility. Place is open even on holidays which makes a massive difference. 5-6 parking slots are available attached to the clinic. But it's not the most difficult to find parking around the area. Clinic also has laboratory facility which is useful. I do not wish for people to go here, but if you are in need of a doctor to be diagnosed and happen to be around this area, this is the place and doctor to go.

Bad place to get medicine I've waited for 1 & half hour to get medicine the medicine is also not good at all

This is a big medical centre. Dr Mr dimuth dharmawardana is consulting here.there are so many facilities here, like opd, immunization, channelled consultation, laboratory, x ray unit, ECG, us scanning, echo cardiography, etc.

So far I have had a good experience with this clinic. The nurses are helpful and friendly. The doctor is also kind and has a good service. Will recommend to others. The environment of the clinic keeps improving which is good.
