Banuja our DBA program co-ordinator was very helpful and available throughout our registration process.

I completed my studies in 2023. While pursuing my studies in OTHM & BA. In Early Childhood Education I had a wonderful panel of lecturers in the past years. They supported me tremendously. Guided us when exams were nearby by having revision exams, discussing model papers to make sure each student understands the module and performs well during the exams.

Last not but least. The Academic Planning Manager Ms. Banuja helped me at every moment while I needed help. She dedicated herself to untie the doubts of the students.
I highly appreciate her untiring efforts in every way.

I'm excited to be studying international relations at Metropolitan College with the fantastic guidance of Mr. Kasun. The online resources and facilities offered by the college have proven to be invaluable tools that significantly enhance my learning experience and make my studies more accessible and convenient.

I joined for Diploma in Psychology very recently and the registration process was quick and would like to thank Mr Kasun for helping through out. The payment method was also convenient since they offer installment options.

I had a wonderful learning experience with Metropolitan College. Well qualified and experienced lecturers. Student coordinator for BSc in Business Management, Ms Madhubashini was very much student oriented and supportive.

Terrible back office performance & getting information from their customer service is a nightmare.

Very unprofessional.
Zero efficiency.
Disrespectful staff.

I’ve heard that the management is success-driven but they run the risk of loosing existing students & future prospective students owing to the ill-practiced customer/ student support team.

They don’t answer phone calls.
They don’t reply to emails.
They don’t reply to messages, they even have the audacity to leave customer queries on ‘read-notes’ (blue double ticks) without any reply whatsoever.

I’ve been trying to contact the relevant student advisor for the past 4 days without any sign of interest from their end.

It is worth mentioning that many other higher education institutes in Sri Lanka & even foreign universities are much professional enough to call you back to address your queries.

Sincere request to Metropolitan college administration: Please employ staff that wish and work for the betterment of Metropolitan college.
Train them how to achieve customer satisfaction because without it, your reputation will go nowhere but down the drain.

Im so happy about the metropolitan staffs.i should specially thank Mr. Najath because my student counselor is Mr. Madeer but Mr. Najath handled me and other staff of metropolitan college for the great help throughout my journey.

They are running a scam. Do not fall for it. They are taking the money then don't respond properly. They are very arrogant. They think we are paying them money for them to treat us like filth. No respect towards anyone. I don't even think they conduct proper audits at this institute. If someone can please get some auditors to evaluate this place. They are very cunning. They plan together with the lecturers and put students in trouble. Disappointing to another level.

The worse place a person can go to study. I don't know why they even keep it open! These most 5 star reviews are by their own staff members. So don't trust those. They are stealing money. Very unprofessional staff. Extremely rude Academic staff as well.most of them don't know what they are doing. They have taken my money and and didn't even give the lectures on time. Assignments are late. They don't care basically. But they will call and ask for the late fees.

So disappointed. I signed up for a First Aid course in January 2021. They kept postponing it due to lockdowns, and then they stopped updating about it altogether. I tried to request them to let me do another course, or help refund the money, but they have not been very responsive and it seems like they do not care at all. It's November 2022 now. Almost 2 whole years.

The LKR 15,000 I paid may not be a lot of money for them. However,

1. It is hard-earned money
2. Is it right for an institution to ask for registrations and payment for a course, keep changing the date, and then completely stop a course without refunding, or at least, informing us and transferring to a different course?

Metropolitan college provide a good service and a satisfactory knowledge to us as a college. Highly recommended.

Metropolitan its better to beg, other than stealing students money.
Worse inflexible staff ever, without of any sense of students.trying to do resists without any fair reason.
Money minded business place other than educational institution.
Not worth for the money.

Thanks to Metropolitan College for fulfilling my dream of achieving a PhD. I am an Senior Executive Officer in the public service and am busy with my duties around the clock. Metropolitan College plans to offer seven PhD programs for those who are busy in life. I registered for PhD Business Management in October 2020 and have completed all my modules and qualifying exam in time and commenced my research. The program is being conducted as planned in accordance with my busy schedule. The lecture penal, head of academics and management are very responsible and friendly in assisting students’ requirements. I recommend Metropolitan College where you can record your achievements,

Lectures and support staff getting worse day by day, when we complain to management, they also didn't care about it, very disappointed
