Nawaloka Hospital Specialist Centre reviews
14 Appointment at 5.20pm on 22nd Jan.
Checked with hospital and feedback was at 4.45pm no 14.
Arrived and nurse says no number sequence and doctor is seeing random numbers. Doctor Lakshan ENT walks out at 5.25pm. Later when asked emergency patient.
Waited till 6.25pm and left as no doctor to be seen. Nurse says no 14 not seen yet. Number system says 11. Will avoid Nawaloka as no proper system by nursing staff to enter patients.
My recent visit to Serene Center Nawaloka left much to be desired, especially in terms of counter reception service. The staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, making it a frustrating experience. Communication was lacking, and it felt like there was a lack of commitment to providing quality service. I hope they address these issues promptly to enhance the overall customer experience at the center.
They have the worst staff care. When I appointed a doctor I had to run. When I was having a meal in the cafeteria they didn't even bother to respond to me. The doctors are not doing a good job and mostly not good enough staff care. That's why I had a bad time in this hospital, I surely recommend them improve in the staff care.
Worst calling centre. Calling centers are for inquiries and should respond callers nicely. You’ll give anxiety when we inquire something. That’s not what patients expect. It was a rude way of handling an inquiry. Never recommend to anybody. Zero hospitality and attendance was given at very first visit as well.
There is only one pharmacy for the entire center. Wait time is around 1 hour. Total waste of time and poor management.
Disgusting practice of charging double to foreign passport holders. Hey, thieves, not all of us are wealthy tourists, and Sri Lankans living in my native country don't pay for anything more than the locally-born people pay. Maybe time to rethink this discrimination?
I worked for year. Worst HR department I have seen. Trying to get my service letter for more than 03 1/2 months.
I don't know about the treatment but the OPD is nothing short of a wild goose chase between buildings.
On entering the hospital it felt like I was entering a temple. Statues of gods and prayers chanting. It's like saying "That's it. This is your final journey".
The chemist is no better, they will give you a token and make you sit before calling out the number over a loud speaker.
Like I said, I have no idea about the treatment but from the looks of it I would give it a miss. (That is if you have a choice)
It was extremely bad, my covid results were manipulated by the malicious money making staff where the reports were with no qr code and I was made to pay 5 star hotel rates for 14days, sleep on badly soiled sheets, worst food ever and made to take anti anxiety medication. I was a victim, please reader beware
They are very poor at time management, no any guidance or temperature monitoring. For some session, nurses are used to taking patients arbitrary without following proper order, for example Nalaka Gunawansa's session at room number 915.

COVID-19:
Poor Covid 19 protocol. No one is to check or ensure Covid 19 guidelines. No temperature check, hand wash or sanitizing facilities. Channeling areas are too crowded and poor patient management.
Had used to be quite stringent few months back. No neglected.
Poor coordinated traffic management. They have closed front entrance and patients have to walk down to street to take vehicle. Today security has shouted the uber driver when picking the patients. Thus management should open front door where instant drop down and pick up can be done
