The worst customer experience that I had in my whole life. If you want to experience the same just simply ask for a breakdown of the price of the item you are buying. Then they will tell you fancy stories. You do the calculations by yourself and see the fraud that they are doing.
You can buy better quality jewelleries for a much lower price. If you don't believe me just go to 2,3 other shops and see. They should learn how to do a business fairly without blinding customers with unreasonable prices. I ordered a ring on the opening day of Galle's new shop and they boasted a lot about discounts and blah blah blah. But in the end the price tag they gave me was above the roof. I don't recommend this place at all for jeweleries. If you don't believe me go see yourself.

I bought 22k 1 pawn gold coins from Nileka Nugegoda branch. They lied to me saying the coins are UK made. So I get done a gold assay. Some didn't weigh 8g as per the requirement of 1 pawn. The homogenity was 22k in many coins but one was less than 22k. Also the coins gave different readings for purity on different points. I don't know exactly whether it's a minus point or not. Anyway too many lies and buttering. So I felt a dishonesty from the person who handled my deal. Not satisfied and not recommended.

Worst customer care ever.
Jewellaries are made not for the given design. And then they refuse to change it the way we want. Too many times had to go to finish my jwellaries. Time wasting and so unprofessional. I had to pay more than the agreed price for two consecutive time due to the weight increased when making the jwellaries.they changed the design and then said that the weight has increased.terrible.they makes the customer uncomfortable for argueing continuesly. And not giving a chance to talk about our requirements about the products.we have to agree with anything that they offer.

If you ever have visited Vogue jewelers, you’re going get disappointed walking into this cause poor service. I have to wait 5minutes without attending anyone and finally guy came without any pleasant welcome or smile. Prices are bit low compared to Vogue and finishing also good.but customer service is poor.

Went to see some jewellery. While the service was very good, the collection was not so impressive.

Can't satisfy about customer service.limited edition and limited readymade Products.they asking to give orders then they make that item.that is the big problem i met.because we can't select jewellery only looking 4to and design catalogues.
