Have been using the services for last couple of years at this outlet. Few of the staff is excellent but most have no experience at all and they learn at customers cost, have been having bad experience with pedicures, manicures during last couple of visits, these trainees/in experienced staff should not be allowed to do pedicures and manicures. It’s a specialised service and should be done by professionals. This is what is expected from such exclusive salons.
Am writing this review more for information to the management about the deteriorating quality of services rather than a complaint. Customers have choice and they can walk out and go to other places but as a customer it’s important to provide feedback.
For me it’s never again to this outlet, good luck and best wishes.

We have booked this place for 5 ppl to get dressed on 23rd Aug for a cooperate event. Some of the staff were good but there was a guy who did one of our colleague's hair in a terrible way and when she asked he was blaming that on the hair in a rude way that person was going here and there while he was doing the hairdressing didn't put an effort to do good job. We don't recommend this location anymore since we are not happy with the quality of their work.

I had a pedicure here when I was in sl just before pandemic. IReally lovely service and lovely staff. Very attentive to client’s needs, great scrub and foot massage. A few days later I went back to get a manicure. I have very soft nails. I don’t like fake nails and prefer the standard nail polish vs acrylic and shellac. I had a lovely scrub and hand massage. The lady who did my manicure was really lovely. She did a great job filing them nicely and gave me a lovely French manicure. I regret taking down the names of the 2 lovely people who did my pedi and mani. Would have loved to include their names here.they definitely deserved a good tip.

Highly recommend Damith for men's haircutting. Took more than 1 and half hours with so much care and trying to do everything hard and neat. 100% satisfied.

They really pamper you if you let them, very friendly staff, every one is so kind a gentle, very well trained staff.

The people are good. But the colour I wanted turned to a completely new colour once my hair was bleached. Disappointed with the service provided. Blue colour was what I wanted. And what I got is green.

While the therapists themselves are great, the actual facility is quite disappointing.
If I had to rate the ambience alone it would be 1 star.
I got there on time for my appointment but was not attended to until half an hour later. Nobody seemed particularly apologetic about this. It seemed like over booking and running late is normal occurrence.
I was then taken into a room for a facial which was had beds separated by dividers. These "cubicles" were very narrow and I actually requested to be treated elsewhere because it felt too congested. In fact the bed was against the window blinds. Unfortunately that was the only bed that could be used for a facial.
Further the room was not well maintained, it was very dingy - I could see a lot of mildew and it really needed a paint job.
There are no blankets are towels, you are just given a thin bed sheet to cover yourself. Halfway through I requested a second sheet because I was feeling very cold.
The treatment itself was alright, my therapist was lovely.
All in all it was a decent experience for a 3 star facility, but really not what I expected for a spa attached to the taj hotel.
