I had my hair and makeup done for a wedding at Shangri-La on the 7/7/2023.
It was below average. I only need blow wave my hair and full coverage make up. Hair didn’t last for two hours. It was a mess and make up I had to touch up by my self. I think girl was doing my make was new to the saloon. She didn’t know what brushes to use and couldn’t open some make up compacts. Another lady had to keep saying to her how to do things and I have asked her to blend my foundation as it was obvious on my face. Very disappointed. They’re charge lot of money and not doing the job properly. Such waste of money and my time.

The salon's staff was very unprofessional and disorganized.
It's completely unacceptable for a business to change their appointment times at the last minute, especially without providing any reasonable explanation or apology. The situation: I came in there in person and scheduled a pedicure appointment for the next day at 1 PM. The next day at 12: 05 PM. I’m getting a call and they insist that I should come at 4 PM today.
Additionally, it's extremely frustrating when a business doesn't keep track of the services their customers have scheduled.when people called me at 12: 05 PM they didn’t even know what I was scheduled for.

It's clear that the staff at this beauty salon is not respectful of their customers' time or needs. As a result, I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and professionalism. I would advise anyone considering visiting this salon to look elsewhere and find a salon that values their customers' time and satisfaction.

One of the best places to get your hair job done! I've visited them many times and they always work on time. The staff are very friendly and they always help you out when deciding on what hairstyle would suit you or not. Client satisfaction 100%!

Used to be my usual eyebrow threading place. Go for eyebrows waxing because its quicker and cleaner!:)

I came with two foriengners to get hair cut. The person who did the hair cut and he is not sure to charge how much. And he came after ask from someome and said Rs. 2000 which is so expensive. Beware the forieng customers.

Had to wait a good 40 minutes dispite making a prior appointment.
The receptionist clearly has no idea what she is doing. The staff is rude, inattentive & equipment is torn and outdated. The towels and usables were overused and had tears.
There r better salons for better price and better service. Avoid thid place!

Ramani Saloons Staple street is a place you could recommend to anyone. Their staff are very attentive and courteous.

You should go to Mr Thanuja for your any hair do, hes the master at it. Very kind and patient! He made my experience at Ramani always great! Thank you so much!

I literally run into it and was glad to stop by, in order to can trim my beard and Nimal, the Manager, was very professional.

Prices are not Sri-Lankan but for me it was okay (500 LKR). Recommended.

Not sure how trained the stylist are. They just gossip. The place looks cheap compare to the prices. The person doing my pedicure shouldn't be doing my hair.

Just had a Feet Reflexology massage. They make you rest your heels on a wooden box with a old thin towel. How in the right mind is that meant to help? The most uncomfortable things in the world. They kind of miss the whole point about have relaxed feet and feel like your walking on clouds. My heels hurt more than when I came in. I wanted an hour but kinda glad it was only 30 mins as that’s the longest they do.
Avoid for this kind of treatment.

I resently colored my hair from this salon and they did a totally different color from what told them and they just literally ruined my hair. I reccomend everyone NOT to go to this place to color your hair. POOR SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL just a show off.
