I get my face wax done from them occasionally its a 10/10 apart from the times they can get it stuck on my hair and we spend another 15 mins or so trying to yank it out of my hair which kinda hurts, otherwise i loveee this place.the atmosphere the interior the staff everything.i also got my hair relaxed and a hair cut done recently by marina.shes the sweetest and she’s very supportive with your decision.if you’re unsure what to get done she will guide you accordingly.it came out just as my references i showed her and im superr happy with the results.i came back today (3 days later) since the results didnt last long but Channa redid the blowdrying for free & guided me and showed me on how i can maintain the hairstyle.

Theyre all very patient as well, and make time for u whenever possible, which i highly appreciate.

Had my makeup and saree dressing done by Shihari today. She did an excellent job and did the make up exactly as I wanted. She matched the foundation to my skin tone perfectly and she’s very good at the soft glam look. She was very friendly and professional and the saree draping was beautifully done. Thanks, Shihari!

Nothing good or bad except for the premium price for a mediocre service with a cup of coffee

I had long hair, atleast to my hip, wanted to cut it till about my chest. I showed him up to where my hair should come to at the end of the day. The man who cut my hair understood and started cutting my hair.
After the head wash, with wet hair of course, he asked if he can cut the amount he was showing. Since I've already told him the length I want with dry hair and he is the expert at cutting hair - after all he is working at Ramani for a reason - i said ok.

Few moments later, after fully blow drying my hair, I found out how short it was. He had cut it to my shoulder, a length i never thought I'd ever have. I told one of the girls there, and she was like it'll grow, don't worry.

Extremely disappointed in these so called 'Professionals' at Total Car, who are unable to deliver what the customers request.

After speaking to my friends, I found out this very person who cut my hair did the same thing to them as well. Maybe he has issues interpreting the length when there's wet hair.

Returned after yet another fabulous haircut by Marina at Ramani’s Total Care.
I have been going to Marina for almost 20 years and she never fails to deliver.
Sometimes I show a picture and she produces a perfect cut to suit my face. But she usually knows exactly what suits me.
Even the highlights she does are super and I have been complimented many a times. Will recommend her hair cuts and color, make up and saree draping any day and love the Borella location for its trendy ambiance

I had a fantastic experience with Channa who cut my hair - he listened to exactly what I wanted, was happy to experiment, stopped and checked in with me a few times about whether I wanted more layers etc… I walked away with exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

I will start off with the positives at this establishment. The pedicure is very good value for money and is done extremely well by nail technician shehani*

I also initially chose to get the highlights and a hair trim. This is where it goes extremely downhill. As soon I entered the salon, a few unfriendly receptionists gave me a half hearted greeting and I was shown my colorist. He proceeded to rush me into the hair cutting section without so much as a consultation prior to ask what colors or cut I would like.
I ended up feeling quite uncomfortable and unwelcome here and decided to opt out of the highlights. A simple cut ie trim (no new styling) costs an eye watering 4000lkr! This is a flat price for all haircuts.
Whilst I appreciate high end salons are priced higher than a regular salon, I believe this place offers very little value for money with little to no customer experience.

I will not return here and would urge people to spend their money elsewhere.

Worst place to go to. Mr Channa the 'chief' hairstylist completely ruined my hair. I simply asked it to be relaxed. He gave it to a junior staff to be done and was not involved in the process. She rushed through it. It ended up with nothing happening to my hair after paying 12000 bucks. It was back to my normal hair after the first wash. Then he suggested to repeat the process one week later. Again he rushed through the process and did not do it properly. This ended with my hair being completely damaged. Mrs. Ramani Fernando please do not allow your staff to con customers like this. I came there expecting quality and ended up with the worst hair I had in my life.

Went there to remove facial hair and to make eyebrows. Although the place is nice there's not enough brightness in the room. So 60% of my facial hair are still there. And the eyebrows are not equal.

Excellent customer care and reasonable prices. Shanaka (who cut my hair) was very friendly and accommodating. Listened to what I liked and styled accordingly whilst providing some great hair care advice and ice coffee!

Cheerful professional beauticians who pamper you & make sure you leave the salon looking well groomed! The salon is in a tastefully renovated old colonial house. The spa treatments are amazing and carried out by highly experienced beauticians. Valet parking available. Highly recommended.

Awesome! Love the passion the artist had in helping me put my outfit together. The make up was great.

Poor communication and poor customer service. Beware of their online advertisements as they are not updated and once you visit, you will be shocked to hear them say it is an old advertisement. Really disappointed: - (

Pathetic place. The staff here do not understand English. My wife and I were here for a pedicure. They don’t know what a pedicure is really. My wife had to keep showing them which item is used for what. Very badly run and managed. Wasted 4200 LKR. They don’t deserve a star either.

Went in for hair relaxing.no difference at all. Washed my hair and back to my frizz.wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Would give this a no star if I can.
