Worst Eyebrow experience I ever faced. I did not get them done the way I asked doing it and extremely painful compared to other places. Mostly I didn’t get what I want and got something contrary to what I wanted. If they are not capable of doing it better reject the customer.

The staff should really not compare our own hair with others and publicly humiliate by saying flaws. What’s their problem if I’m fine with it. Should learn to do their job.
It was an old guy can’t remember his name. Consulting and insulting is two different things.

From Thimbrigasyaya I go here because Marshan has been attending to my hair cuts and colours for the last 25 years from Lucky Plaza to here.

He is a wonderful person blessed with good hands for his vocation and attentive and coordinating to all his clients as well as his staff.

However I see a decline in quality products used by the Salon now and up keep and personal hygiene (such as towels used and the capes) is not addressed much after the Pandemic.

I am really grateful and appreciative to Ramani for her vast contribution of her talent and empowering of young men and women and to us her customers for making us feel confident and feel good.

Living abroad whenever I come to Sri Lanka Ramani Fernando Salon is a place I visit for my haircut and color. Marshan and the team do an excellent job with hair.been very satisfied with the color job every time.

I have always been happy with the haircuts I have received here. Thanks to Mashan. That is why I feel sad that I no longer will be having 3-monthly haircuts.
Haircuts now cost 5000/- I can afford it, but I feel it is a crime to be spending that much on haircuts when people are starving. Therefore, have decided on 6 monthly haircuts at 5000/-. Do the math Ranani, you are now losing money.
Do not think only of profits. When electricity prices are increased I wonder what she will charge. I would prefer to pay for the haircut only and do my own blow/natural dry. But I don't think that option is available at Ramanis.but should be considered at times like these.

Went to the Battaramulla branch for the first time. Though a little expensive, their services and professionalism was excellent.

The place is facing the main road. But scary coz the from i not open for the outside. But they do a great job with your hair. Amazing hair cutting skills which should be really appreciated. They give a full treatment foor your hair as well which is great to have once in a while. Good for relaxation as well.
They charged me 5000/= to give a full hair cut. I think it is worth the cost.

A big NO to their Facials and Cleanup! Complete rip off of money. I have gotten my eyebrows done here and they’ve done it the best. BUT the cleanup is a complete rip off, the girl barely exfoliated and treated my face, put the sothys product on my face and basically left me for about 30mins. That was it.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. Came home completely unsatisfied and disappointed.

Service like Facials and Cleanups require care and there is a pampering aspect to it. It’s not just about just putting the product on our face Never going here again.

Honestly I had the worst hairstyle in my entire life for a very important occasion. Just wanted a simple wavy hair style and I ended up with a massive load of hairspray on loose hair which made my hair look like a wig on a dummy. Utterly disappointed and it was a huge waste of money.

Roshan is my go to at Ramani who advises me with the best solutions, colors, cut and style needs I have.

Went for a simple eye brow threading.
The lady who did my eye brows was in such a hurry. She was not gentle at all. Not polite and rude. And it hurt so much. And trust me i have been doing the this for more than 15 years. There was no after care or brushing away the fallen brow hair from my face. I wish I knew her name so I would never ask for her again.

Highly satisfied with the service, the hair cut, and the style advice received here. The best in town.

Very helpful and friendly staff only the parking is a bit of a concern as there's barely room for two vehicles to be parked.

800 rupees to get my eyebrows and upperlip threaded? Is the thread made of gold? I don't get it! It could have been 500 rupees at best, it's such a rip off. If we're paying for customer service where we're given something else in return for the 800 rupees, I would have understood but that is not the case. The service was good, the customer service was not. Think and tell me if you would willingly and genuinely spend 800 rupees on something that didn't even take 10 minutes. It's ludicrous. Very disappointing.
