Ramani Fernando Salons

Went mid June for a hair relaxation. The staff who usually did that couple of years ago wasn't working on that day. I thought everyone must be equally qualified and experienced as i trust RamaniFernando Salons, so went in and paid Rs. 22000 got the relaxation done. The next day my family, my colleagues were asking what did I do at the salon as they can't see any difference in my hair. It's looks same wavy hair. It was so embarrassing. Then I rang the salon they asked me to come back the same lady who did the relaxation looked annoyed but put those solutions and did a touch up again in some areas. Paid her a big tip as well, thinking she genuinely cared to fix the problem then later found outshe is the manager. Only took couple days to realise bumpy spots in my hair as most of the places she hasn't done the touch up properly. When I put my hair in a ponytail all the hair underneath looks exactly as before the relaxation. Extremely annoyed and embarrassed. I should have fed couple of needy with that money. Hope Mrs. Fernando see these reviews, if not please visit another store. I had to mention the boy who did the haircut is truly talented, but people like this trying to cut corners to save time and money I don't appreciate in life.

Went for a hair donation. Got a free hair cut as well. Felt like no much caring for hair donators.

In 50 percent ok, but not really happy. Hair wise all great, but they cheated on me, told that it was 1200 when I called them and asked but after I got it done they charged me 5000. Such idiotic liars

I have been calling them for the last two months for the hair donation program, my daughter is very keen in doing it.
Everytime they say that appointments are already taken and never gives a clear date to call for the next appointment.
Very disappointing as this is for a young girl’s need for social responsibility

Wouldn't recommend for guys, inexperienced staff. Not worth the price of 2.5k for the hair and beared.

I made an appointment today with the receptionist, when i came in they asked me to stay for 15 mins. After staying she said that they cant accept me since the stylist didnt want to take me. Initially i was told they are busy and they will take 15 mins. Later i was asked to leave with no service. Seemed like there was a disagreement between the receptionist and stylist but least they could do is serve the customer. My time was wasted and it is a shame that i was asked to leave. My first time at Ramani's, certainly will be my last:)

My hair was very badly colored by the Ramani Fernando salon in Kandy. So uneven and sharp contrast colors. Since I live in Colombo and had a train to catch I couldn't wait to have it fixed nor go back to Kandy. So I made an appointment with this branch. Chathuranga did a wonderful job of fixing my hair color. Very happy and the colors are well blended and awesome service overall. My only complaint is that they charged me again for this work saying that corrections can only be done at the same salon that did the original work.

This was my first experience with Ramani Fernando Salon. I absolutely love the hair cut I got from Mr. Chathuranga (my professional hair dresser from Salon). He was super friendly and gave me lots of tips how to take good care of my hair. Five star service. Before you visit call their hotline and get an appointment. Wonderful place. Thank you so much Ms. Ramani Fernando for establishing such a great place in Sri Lanka.

Used to go to Borella and 1st time visited to Kohuwala. Manjula done a good job with his experience. Great environment with safety protocols well followed.

Got a haircut and it was over priced.the cut was supposed to be rs. 2500 as told by them initially but they had increased the price to rs. 4300 saying that they had washed the hair and styled it and thats why it was increased.they never mentioned that i get additionally charged for those.highly disappointed and its all a waste of money

I always go to RF salone in Kohuwala. Has been a client of them more than 10 years, when they were at Singer Mega. There work is awesome. Lasitha is the best for hair, Radhika is best for skin care and Prasadi does amazing pedicures. Keep up the good work people.

I went there today in order to donate my hair for cancer patients. I could do that as I wished and I got very very beautiful hair cut too. Thank you so much for that.

Fantastic place! The only place I would recommend to get a hair cut when in town. Booking an appointment was easy and listened carefully to what you want done to your hair. Customer service is top notch!

Absolutely disgusted even without sighting the place! Tried calling to book an appointment at 5 different times throughout the day, no answer and the final call, they picked up the receiver and put it aside. I'm sad to say this but I expected Ramani Fernando salons to have more class than this! Getting famous is not the point, keeping up the reputation... IS!

Yesterday I went there to donate my hair for Cancer Hospital Project. I never expected a free modern Haircut from them. Especially, Waruna did an amazing Job. Love the haircut, its coooool. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to make me beautiful. Highly appreciated your kind/professional service.
