Can't contact via land line bad service like other government services

After going to this like ringu to a dog cage. 1st and last time I went to this. The whole day is over and it took me an hour to send a letter by registered post. Go there, go here, 110 to pay the fee, when you give 500, they say that the money will not be transferred, they will transfer it somewhere else and send it back. It was transferred from outside where it was impossible.
Can't wait to see the books and documents piled up in no order. Throwing books because they are crazy.
I have never seen such a messy place before. Boralasgamuwa Post Office is in good order. There are a bunch of sakkili in this.
