Royal Nursing Care Center reviews
5I had to leave the country so I looked for a reliable and caring place to keep my mom safe. I was first confused as there are two nursing homes by the same name 'Royal Nursing'. After some research and some personal recommendations, I chose the Royal Nursing Care Centre (pvt) Ltd at Pamunuwa. My mom was happy living there as she got all the care she needed. I constantly got updates on her health, and they had a doctor visit her often with 24-hour nursing care. Currently, my mom lives with me in Canada but she still reminds the staff and the owner as her family members. I am thankful to Mr. Welikala and the staff for the loving care and for keeping mom healthy and happy in my absence. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their parents to be cared for properly.
The second home for elderly parents as well as patients who are getting well after their treatments from Hospitals. The attention for inmates is best and very pleasant environment for speedy recovery from ailments. Athula Karunathilake- visitor

My mother was in Royal nursing home. To begin there service was great, once they realized no family member visiting for a while they didn’t take care of her at all. My mother ended up in Sri Jayawardenapura hospital with numerous bedsores and severely malnourished, her buttocks glued together, and about to die. I highly informed no person should go there unless they have some family member visiting everyday.
Worst manager name Danushka, worst head nurse Thilini, worst attendant Harshini, who has no affection to the patients and very arrogant.
Again if you go there without a family member visiting everyday, it looks like a death row. Bad service with vicious nurses. So unfortunate
Sarja perera, I'm unable to reply to your review, but I had similar experience with the same people's home nursing service. I was even threatened on the phone after pursuing them to come and see what their nurses were doing. The person on the phone angrily said " I will come without uniform and you see what I'm going to check, you stay and wait I'll show you. " When he was informed that the call is being recorded he cut the line and the phone is no longer in service.
