"One of the best showroom I have ever walked into. Few staff but very well educated of the products knowledge. Prices are reasonable, durable and all in one roof. The showroom manger Mr. Isuru, welcome the guests very well. He is having extraordinary skills of providing vital information to create need of the guest, and selling the products without losing them to the competitors. "

We bought a Tab worth of Rs. 55,000 on the year 2021 but after about 10 months time the outer layer of the tab got removed where it came apart, where we saw an adhesive around it being removed. It seems like as if they had just (pasted) re-assembled it. Finally, we gave it to the Samsung service center, they told that it costs Rs. 65,000 to repair it. Please don't purchase any valuable equipements from them. Its not a genuine place!

Very bad after sales service for air conditioner! Don’t even think of purchasing anything from this place! We should have gone with Abans. Regret buyin from Singagiri!
For the free service of the air conditioner we have to beg these fellows to come! Horrible place!

Very very bad service in chunnakam branch at Jaffna region. We bought a TV on August 2021. Before may 2022, that TV not working properly. We handover the TV with chunnakam branch. They didn’t return the TV. Branch manager & Jaffna regional manager both were told different different stories. Service manager’s wife was sick. That’s why they can’t repair the TV and return it. Singagiri have lot of branches & customers. But why this poor customer service? We want answer to this problem.

You all refuse to repair samsung LEDTVs for which you are the local agent saying the model is old & you do not have the spare parts. But other parties who repair such items find parts & repair the item. This is the problem we face when we buy TVs from you. Whem a Benz car is bought from DIMO however the car is old they undertake to do repairs. Hence we are unable to recomnd to purchase Samsung TVs from your company. It will be a mess.

Great customer service, they were humble enough to show us the products and explain things even after 8pm on a Saturday, but felt very bad customer service at Nugegoda singer showroom where they asked to leave if not buying because they were in a hurry to go home.

Sales executive Dinesh at Singhagiri Nugegoda was really helpful.

THE WORST. Very bad customer service, they sell you a faulty product and doesn't care to give a replacement, instead they will only repair it, despite the fact they just delivered it and it was faulty. Complaint doesn't go anywhere beyond the store manager, who doesn't care about the customer and is not at all suitable to be a manager. Sinhagiri should know better to select a manager. Staff and the manager is nothing but a scarecrow dressed up to look sensible. Compared to this Damro gives a better service and products.

Very bad service. 8 months since my Samsung AC was taken for service. No update yet.

Bought a fridge. All rack ends broken within a month. Said they will replace. Now two years. I have given up!

We have very bad experience. Do not order through internet, it will take more than a month to deliver. If you call to manager to ask reason he will tell lots of lies. They are very cheap peoples

Good service.friendly service. But we should be aware: - WE ARE NOT PAYING FOR THE UNIT WHICH IS DISPLAYED AT THE SHOWROOM. WE SHOULD CHECK THE UNIT BEFORE WE PAY.
