Extremely slow claim process.after 4 months of final inspection.still waiting waiting waiting.

I got a pair of spectacles and billed them to be covered by our life insurance. But there is still no information about the amount to be given to me. I think it is a mistake of the insurance company. I am very sorry to deal with an insurance company that makes such false promises.

One of the worst insurance service in sri lanka.dont ever go to this beggers to insure your vehicals or anything.

Most pathetic insurance ever. Do not insure your vehicles this place unless you are not needed any claims.
The claim experience is shocking.

Kaveesha at the front office was very helpful in my case of renewing and changing the insuarance policy. But there were few other customers shouting and blamming some other officers and the company regarding some insuarance claim. My judgement is there is somthing wrong with insuarance claim process.

Very bad customer service and the staff who are in the claims division is unpolite as they do not even try to offer a service to their customers.
