Please train your staff well the front desk customer service is terrible. I’ve experienced it many times. It’s a huge disadvantage for Siddhalepa.

This place customer service is shshocking. Very rude customer service. Very dumb and rude women work here. 1St call they are trying their best to stop you coming to the hoslital. No management in this hospital to look after. Staff do their own way. They so called busy. Dont waste your time and money. Check people comment before you go.

Me and my sister we had ayurvedic treatments in this place, unfortunately both of us we got bacterial infection.now almost one month we are on steroid medicines. I will strongly recommend to find different place for your treatments

I am sorry to say its very low standrads even comparing other ayurveda Relaxation therapy centres. There is a English small print form for clients to sign which takes consent of the client to agree into even I'f there is a professional negligence in their therapist its not siddhaleps responsibility. We belive its wrong English translation prior to we sign we corrected grammar and formate.
Massage therapist no clue about anatomy muscle or tightness of body parts. They are heavily based on pouring buckets of oil as its great lubricant help them work less just glide. It greasses the body like slim and they just rub and roll the skin. No idea about deep tissue massage or muscle groups or more concerned areas in the body. Very very poorly trained therapists who has their own personnel issues and just do as a job to earn some money and tips. Sad poor quality institution. Don't waste your time hopes and money.

Anushka was my masseuse. He was incredible. All stress and tension in my mind and body has been alleviated. I highly recommend this experience.

I wanted to treat my Mum and myself to the ancient healing treatments offered here and we were not disappointed! My Mums shoulder and wrist pain subsided and my aches and pains are tremendously alleviated.

The massage, the scrub and the steaming are a must.

Very poor management very poor service.it took 2.5 hours for admission and everyone dragging things just going here and there. Their goal is time passing and stealing money. No price list for treatments, i have requested since admission time and was able get a handwritten one in the next day. No aware of treatments and it’s prices. Had a very old doctor th worst one ever. The set of staff in including the lady called doctor is doing all games and telling tons of lies. NO ayurwedic treatments at all! They only doing body and head massages for everyone. In the price list i got head massage is 30 min but therapists trying to stop it in 10 minutes just because I know the time duration I asked to proceed it for 30 min just because im paying. Asked me for a Facial treatment, the worst i had in my life and that’s a fake one. Never get it.with all dirty and oil in my face they just apply a face pack even without washing my face. All treatments are fake and they adjusting bills upon Claims amounts that’s why they don’t tell any prices. Better to black list this place! Waste of money waste of time at all. Old rude unprofessional staff doing all robberies inside. No one willing to work just time passing including doctor to therapists. They asking the insurance amount first and adjusting things into that. The main Job is not doing very low quality treatments.we can do better at than there. Every staff member is experts in telling lies and make corruption. I will not recommend and totally waste of money. Worst ayurrwedic experience and the staff argue if we complain. They can’t resist their faults even doctor is unprofessional. Siddalepa hospital earning by waiting patients inside room, time passing and making fake bills.

Rooms are clean, food is average with basics.

I was looking for a good treatment against my neck pain. I came here and it was such an lovely place to get a professional massage. It was really helpful to keep traveling afterwards. It was a pleasure, it was all really calm, clean and professional.

In my Life of more than 40 years, i had met the best Doctor in my life, i think there is no better Dr than him in the world, cause he just ask me whats wrong n I said i have a pain on my knee, without touching or examining me he gave medicine, i paid 3000 Rs to see him but he didnt even check me properly

This rating is for their SPA, the service was great, professional. Pricing has gotten closer to the high end, but because of their brand still have the assurance to come, although cannot be regular.

The treatment and the medicine is great but the woman at the front desk is so rude. The documenting process was so slow, everything is handwritten like in the 50’s. Whilst the documenting is going on she would take calls and waste time.
The second day I came to do my treatment I was told rudely to come with an appointment. When I asked the day before they said to come in the morning or evening, of which I did. Anyway, I could over hear the reception lady speaking behind my back that I had come without an appointment. It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. Because the Ayurvedic treatment is good I will return to this place. However, the management and the owners should involve in the hospital more or else we will lose this amazing form of medicine to rude, unprofessional staff and poor management.

Disappointed with service. Non professional. Waited over 1 hour (11.00 am to 12.10pm) for oil treatment but they postponed into evening. If any delays they have to inform to the patient on-time. Waste of time and money.
Not recommended.

I recently went to get a full body massage (after 2 years since my last visit.) The hospital interior has not changed and their service is still the same. Very friendly staff. They will always get you to consult a doctor available at the premises (free) before we do payments for any treatments. But one thing I didn't enjoy about the hospital is that the room felt too small and very dark. So if you are a claustrophobic you might not really enjoy it. The masseuse was very friendly and didn't engage in any long conversations. Over all this is a really affordable place to visit for good ayurvedic treatments.

Very slow process. Waiting over 1 1/5 hours with no treatment. Very poor than a government hospital

My brother in law Sudagar came from abroad to get treatment for paralysis at Siddhalepa Ausvedic Hospital. He stayed there for three weeks and was satisfied with the treatment and all the other facilities provided by the hospital. During his stay at Siddhalepa Hospital, he was happy and felt at home in such a way he was looked after. The treatment and the caring was excellent. He got much of his physical and mental stamina back by being at Siddhalepa Hospital. We thank the doctors and the entire staff of Siddalepa Hospital for their service of excellent caring.
