The worst experience ever they dont even know how to talk to a customer. Please dont get insurance under these people, they are the absolute worst. I own a lot of vehicles and have tried a lot of insurance companies and this is by far the worst. Trust me there are way better insurance companies out there.

A typical government office. Sales people try their best. But back office should support them more.

Generally a fast and efficient service. A bit impacted due to low staff during pandemic. But still a very courteous service.

You can get quotations based on your requirements and compare them among other competitors by yourself.

They come to the site of the accident immediately and they even approved the repairs quickly. But then they forgot to tell us what the next step was and the cheque for the repairs got delayed by 2 working days.

Came to renew license before 4.45 p.m. But cashiers were closed at 4.30p.m.

Horrible service i would never recommend them, I was a customer for 6 years recently my windscreen got damaged and i replaced it by shipping down a windscreen from Singapore (as SLIC instructed since there were no windscreens in SL) after getting it down they refuse to give me the full claim and only paid 50% of the total cost.made me waste my time by dragging it for more than 3 months. And the insurance agents not answering the calls when we want to get the claim. The worst insurance company in SL.
