Sri Lanka Technological Campus (SLTC)

I study there and it is taught very well. It has a beautiful environment and a kind staff. Students come from all over the country. You should also visit it.

This is not a good university for students planning for 2+2, also the lectures won't happen on time, the teachers purposely miss classes (miss very important modules like cad). The campus doesn't have a study area for students, no proper library. I wouldn't recommend this place for no one.

How IIT's contribution will be in future? Can we complete our UG degree there OR only can complete the PG degree

It was a great experience. I gained a lot of knowledge and skills that will be helpful in my future career.located in an area with abundant natural resources. The campus is surrounded by forests, and there are many rivers and streams in the area.

SLTC is one of the best private universities in Sri Lanka for IT graduate studies. Not only Faculty of Computing, but also Business & Engineering faculties are there as well. It has recognized as a UGC approved private university that conducts UK and Australian university's degree programs in Sri Lanka.

The entire calendar year is prescheduled for two semesters, regular exams, vacations and repeat exams. Students are more convenient on studies because all dates are predefined and working for the calendar, unlike government universities. Modern computer lab facilities, lectures halls, updated curriculum and qualified lectures gymnasium, sports complex and more facilities are there in the SLTC Campus in Sri Lanka.

SLTC is undoubtedly the best private university in Sri Lanka and the best university for scientific research. They conduct well recognized Bachelor, Masters and PhD degree programs and has a panel of well qualified lecturers. SLTC contributed several research papers over the years which made it one of the top universities in Sri Lanka dedicated to scientific research. I think they are the only university in Sri Lanka which has a dedicated research department. More than all, SLTC highly value and care their learning partners, the students. I'm one of the happy students and I'm hoping to continuously upskill myself through SLTC.

Mother SLTC provide high standard education with UGC Recognized Degrees.with excellent lecturers.lots of facilities to enjoy the studies (Hostels, Gaming & ect.). Providing career guidance is an awesome.much needed for Srilankans. No words to describe the service they are providing simply awesome

For those who cannot go to Engineering faculties in state universities like University of Moratuwe, University of Peradeniya, I guess this is a best choice. May be it is expensive, but feels like worth it. Most of the offered degrees are recognized by the University Grant Commission in Sri Lanka. Not only that but also this is a 100% subsidiary of Sri Lanka Telecom.

This university has a very talented and experienced panel of senior lecturers as well as the junior lectures. 80% from the lecture panel are P. H. D holders and professors. This university's Engineering curriculum is aligned and adhere to Washington Accord. And also most importantly they made curriculum according to the outcome base learning and teaching techniques. SLTC provides Digital library fascilities too.

Since I am a final year student, who are studying Bsc. (hons) Electronic and Power System Engineering in SLTC, I think their Engineering education has a higher quality standards with lab fascilities. Even during the pandemic period, they didn't stop the education process. And continue via online. In each and every semester you have to do a design project, other than final year project or research. Even now they have started post graduate studies too.

Even there are some problems with higher fascilities, still you can keep up your knowledge up to the date. If you are interested, you can learn about new technologies too. People may be think examinations are very easy and pass all the students. But it's not the truth. Exams are tough as hell. And you will need at least 2.0 GPA to be a graduate engineer.

In my opinion education vise this university is a best option for Electronic Engineering studies in Sri Lanka.

P. S: since I am a Electronic engineering student, I have no idea about other degrees.

This university lies. We cant learn good online. The signal towers in university not working. They just show the university is big and good. Nothing is right when get in. One student on our batch write papers private room before exam day. This management did that. The university is own by a family and friends. They use our money and lie. I prefer other private campus. But too late now to go. We played games and fun.

Because of the COVID 19 situation campus is using the TEAL leaning method and personally, I think it is the best way to start learning activities in this pandemic situation.

Worst private uni with poor education and bad management.no value for the loan we took.no practical knolwede is given.

This university pays much attention to make money. Everything is about money when you came to this university. Please check before you get into it.
I prefer to go other private university.

Recently this campus got lot of attention and it was renovated with more facilities. SLTC offers more than 17 degrees in engineering, business and technology. Still there are some constructions going on.
